I've been a Best Buy customer for many years and have enjoyed the service and quality of products…read more That said, my most recent encounter was less than pleasant. While my sales agent/manager Tracy Ackland was exceptional, trying her best to work out a complicated delivery and relocation of a washer, we were not able to come to a perfect arrangement. However, I was assured a morning delivery would be manageable tomorrow. Instead, I got an AI response that my delivery would be between 2:30 and 6:30 pm. This was unacceptable so I called in to request an earlier delivery. 1st of all, your AI service is the worst I've ever dealt with and it took me 1/2 hour before I could reach a human. I should have stuck with dealing with the bot, because the human was clearly less qualified to deal with a customer complaint than the bot. Rude, foreign, unapologetic, unwavering, unhelpful, rude. You have completely inconvenienced me by this and I will likely cancel my credit card and take my business elsewhere in the future. Once again, Tracy was magnificent. Everything else about this experience was deplorable.
