They're sometimes willing to haggle on the price if the seller is willing to, but I would say that most of these items are a steal for the asking prices. The woman who is always behind the counter is very nice as well. I absolutely recommend checking this place out whether you live in Bismarck and have never been or are just visiting and are interested in vintage and antique items! Ordered furniture for my new home, the store screwed up SEVERAL times, as I had to have delivery men lurking in my home 3 different times. Now, we all know that anybody could work in a furniture store, in fact they are probably hiring now. But the general and upper management are just as low skilled as the base employees. When talking to the general about my complaint of having to have a piece delivered for the 3rd time, ordered through her over the phone, I cussed. She, and adult, couldn't handle a cuss word and obviously couldn't find her safe space. Basically tried to shut down a customers speech. Then I spoke with her manager (who didn't care to call back until after a week and a BBB rating), whom didn't either understand or didn't care to. I have let it go. I will never ever shop at a FR store again. I will deal with a slit in my leather couch (a higher quality one) because this company does not care. PS I received no compensation for the numerous trouble, however had told the general manager the second screw up I was not looking for it- just for quality product.... Need to add, after this review, I was emailed by another "manager" asking my contact info through yelp messaging. I sent her my cellphone number and as of yet, about two weeks later- haven't received a call, a letter, an email....nothing! So she asked for my info to make the store look concerned as it is obviously not!

The aisles are always clean and organized; there is always wonderful deals! Unlike Hobby Lobby, you can sign up and get reward points and coupons, which is fabulous for someone who shops here regularly. They don't have a fabric section, but that's okay by me, because they have a large selection of holiday decor! I have yet to try out any of there classes that they offer, but I will someday soon! The mother loaded 10+ toys onto the counter, the cashier by the name Samantha refused to check her items out and completely ignored the customer. She than told her to go to a different cashier. I could not see the name tag of the other employee that helped the customer but good job to her for handling the situation better than the cashier. She put all of the items back into the mother's cart and directed her to a different cashier. I was disappointed with the treatment the customer received from the cashier named Samantha. Let's be professional guys! The lack of training is not a good look As a mother, I felt bad for the boy anxiously waiting to take his toys home, personal problems should be left at home.
