The furniture they delivered was broken. The furniture that wasn't broken was missing parts that took months to be fixed. The furniture was the wrong color. EVERYTHING THAT COULD GO WRONG DID GO WRONG. They blamed it on everyone but themselves. This is NOT a company worthy of giving your hard earned money to. I'm going to make this review as short as possible but to the point because I cannot stand reading long reviews. Ordered furniture for my new home, the store screwed up SEVERAL times, as I had to have delivery men lurking in my home 3 different times. Now, we all know that anybody could work in a furniture store, in fact they are probably hiring now. But the general and upper management are just as low skilled as the base employees. When talking to the general about my complaint of having to have a piece delivered for the 3rd time, ordered through her over the phone, I cussed. She, and adult, couldn't handle a cuss word and obviously couldn't find her safe space. Basically tried to shut down a customers speech. Then I spoke with her manager (who didn't care to call back until after a week and a BBB rating), whom didn't either understand or didn't care to. I have let it go. I will never ever shop at a FR store again. I will deal with a slit in my leather couch (a higher quality one) because this company does not care. PS I received no compensation for the numerous trouble, however had told the general manager the second screw up I was not looking for it- just for quality product.... Need to add, after this review, I was emailed by another "manager" asking my contact info through yelp messaging. I sent her my cellphone number and as of yet, about two weeks later- haven't received a call, a letter, an email....nothing! So she asked for my info to make the store look concerned as it is obviously not! read more

I have purchased a dinning room set from March with a server I was told it would be in by the end of July, in late August I receive the table the server and 6 chairs out of the 8 chairs that I should be receive. When I unbox the table the top was damaged two of the chairs and the top of the server. Now I have a bundle of damaged furniture in my house that's I've fully paid for. I call the store sent pictures of each piece of damaged furniture, didn't get a call back so I went into the store, I didn't get a response as to why my other 2 chair isn't in yet and now I have to wait until DECEMBER before I can get them WHY???? Also why do I have to wait until December for the other furniture that I get damaged am not happy about this, and I need answer please. This place is great for the area. Drove in from Minot due to the lack of variety. Great range of furniture from low cost to high end. Had a great experience with the sales team. This was my first time shopping at Furniture Row. My husband and I ordered a bookcase from here and were told that it would arrive in 7-10 business days. We waited two weeks, and hadn't heard from the store if the item was in. So we drove to the store to check on the item and were told that the truck had gotten lost and that it would be another week. We waited a week and checked again and were told it was on the truck and would be in later that week. We waited another week and checked on it, and again we were told it was on a truck and would be in later that week. Each time we checked on it, the store offered more money off of the item, but still couldn't give us a date of arrival other than to say the computer showed that it was on the truck. After 5 weeks, we asked for our our money back because we didn't know if the item would ever arrive. They refunded our money with no hassle, but I was extremely disappointed that they never bothered to call the distribution center to find out where our item was or call us to to let us know the status of our order. More than likely we will not shop here again due to the lack of customer service and follow up. read more

I ordered my furniture and paid for delivery and setup. I was told it would be there in 2-3 weeks. After 3 weeks I called and they said a dresser hadn't arrived yet. After another week they said that my rug hadn't come in. Set up a delivery date and they called the day of the delivery and said that the headboard for the bed wasn't in yet and they couldn't set the bed up without it. Now five weeks after purchase, I am informed that now all of my stuff is in, but they don't have a delivery and set up crew and that I should come pick up my furniture, even though the whole point of paying for delivery and setup is so that you don't have to do it yourself or rent U-haul trucks. Horrendous customer service and complete incompetence. read more

I ordered a TV stand and table from here SIX weeks ago. After the fourth week, I called to see if it was in and to have them change the phone number I put down, they told me only the table was in and that they changed my number for me. Yesterday, I called only to find out they DID NOT change my number and they also DID NOT order my TV stand because they didn't remember which one it was. If that was the case why didn't they call me and have me come in earlier? They said the TV stand was going to take two to three weeks to come in, so instead I got my money back and went elsewhere. Hopefully, I get my table on July 2nd, like its scheduled for. Of course July 2, I still have no table! Claimed they called and came over I was home until 5pm, after that my boyfriend was home, no one came over or even called us. They were suppose to call the night before and give us a time slot didn't do that either. The next time they have available is July 10 almost two months after I ordered! Going to get a refund on my order. Don't even bother ordering from here, unless you don't need your furniture for awhile. Smh. read more
