Ace has terrible warranty and refund practices. They don't honor "ace" warranty, it's whatever the…read morestore wants to do. You don't get rewards points for most purchases and they don't put your purchases towards your rewards points anyway. Even if you specifically ask them to they still botch it up. I decided to order them right away because the gal said it is taking longer to get stuff because of the hurricane's. My microwave went out & I'm without one until it comes in. My refrigerator still works. I told the gal I was working with Steve & she said she could help me with the purchase so I am hoping he will get the credit for the purchase. It's only right. After the last time I went to pick up a cabinet (after driving 70 miles one way) and getting the…read morewrong cabinet, then being told that they didn't have the one I had paid for, I swore I would never go back. But then I saw a trailer at a good price. The store site said they had 2 available. I decided to try again and paid for the trailer. I received an email saying the trailer was ready for pick up. I again drove the 70 miles one way. The bar card and order number did not work at the pickup area and I had to wait for a real person. When the worker, who was very nice, tried to access my order he aso was unable and he went to his boss who was able to access my order. The boss came out and said he had no trailers as one had a damaged deck and the other had a flat tire. He seemed unconcerned about the expense ($4 gallon gas!) and the time that had been wasted. The whole process at Lowes is broken and unorganized. This time I really mean it - never ever again.
