The clothing is reasonably priced and the quality is similar to Forever 21/Charlotte Russe with some pieces that are slightly higher quality. The accessories are affordable and chic. There is a small selection of shoes and a nice variety of scarves, headbands, and gloves that are affordable and priced appropriately. The jewelry is trendy and cute, but similar pieces can be found elsewhere for cheaper prices. Service is warm, friendly, and helpful. Thank you Kittson for coming to Bismarck! She greets us and and asked if she could help me. I tell her why I'm in the store and as I'm talking to her she never looks at me. I ask her what sizes does she carry and she says sizes 0-3. She was a very petite woman so i said "Oh i haven't been that size since my son! Lol! Thank you!" She continues to not look at me and smiles as i leave. I am shopping on line a few minutes ago and a Chico skirt was recommended to me on google by my filters. And the Chico's website explained to me what the size ranges actually mean. I'm in complete shock because i was in the store and the sales woman who greeted me couldn't disclose that information to me. As a previous retail manager i am very disappointed. And to think I almost worked for this company.
