I was here 3 days ago and Glen was a rockstar and helped me get groceries, my card had suffered damage and I am fighting homelessness while attempting to stay afloat with my 2 small children but Glen and his supervisors helped me figure it out and we learnt the cash register code together to get through this last month of benefits that unfortunately put on a food stamp card, which today got me handed nothing but bigotry and looked down upon. The staff refused to call in a manager and got very aggressive with me and showed disgust at my mentioning it's my veteran benefits...everyone deserves a second chance but this man pretending to be a leader needs a second chance at a drug test; stimulants were not tuned down with his marijuana vape puffs he takes in his smoke breaks, med patient or not it is against Walmart policies. I apologized for my sailor jargon and controlled my vocabulary, he should have as well but obviously he has not received the proper training of a real leader. I am appalled at their behavior and the crew allowing such a negative tone to dictate their work environment. I'd give one less star if I could but Glen deserves the 1 star.

I live 50 miles away and I can't run there every other day for 2 week to pick up my prescriptions, it's time consuming and expensive to do that. I'm not blaming the staff at this location, it's the cvs chain itself, you can't talk to a person when you call the pharmacy, you just get a menu that dosent cover my issue, then they called me a at least 3 times to try to set it up for me and then never followed through, I finally went to Costco, and they got it rite the first time, after several years of being ignored at cvs I'm done.

I attempted to transfer my and my husband's medication's to another pharmacy just to have Thrifty White on S third Street refuse to transfer my prescriptions and harass me because of my choice to switch to pharmacy that could better serve my needs. While at an appointment, I get a phone call telling me my prescriptions had been filled. Be with the fact that I was at another appointment and could not pick them up. I question my daughter get them for me when she went to pick them up. Staff was much to her than they were to even me. they were very angry about the fact that I had chosen to switch pharmacies. The staff behaves very unprofessionally and works extremely rude to her. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone!
