Bright, trendy color pattern (eggshell blues and browns), good lighting, super cute dressing rooms with comfy seats. (Expensive) trendy clothes are offered up to size 24, though the few I tried on ran teeny teeny tiny in size. The salesgirls didn't notice that my friend and I were still in the fitting rooms when they closed shop at 6pm, but we weren't rushed out and they gladly made the sale and raised the gates for us.

There is nothing they don't have and nothing, to my knowledge, that they don't know. Everyone there is super friendly and you never feel weird talking to them about anything or picking up a medication. It's one of the most enjoyable errands of a day and the location is really convenient. You can stop at the bank or get a coffee right close by. No complaints!

One thing that I like about this store is that they have several shelves of deeply discounted recently published books. Yes, I'd love to buy last year's best seller for half price thanks. Absolutely massive periodicals department neatly organized. Lots of space and a few places to sit. Though I'd really prefer more comfy seats but this isn't the library. I purchased a mattress that was an "in the box" Mattress for a camper I gave them measurements of 60 inches long 84 inches wide. They said the mattress was that measurement. I was going out of town the next day so I opened the mattress put it into the camper to let it expand, and when I returned, I found out the mattress did not fit. It was longer than 60 inches. Apparently we didn't communicate properly because their measurements were the opposite of mine. I contacted them to see about exchanging it and was told bluntly that there is a no returns policy and that I had given them the measurements and they had given me a mattress that fit those measurements so I was going to go back with pictures to show how it fit, but determined that it was useless since their policy is no returns so I will have to sell the mattress myself and look for one that is the proper size for my camper. Their customer service is very lacking since they do not make their exchange return policies known until after you've walked out the door and have a problem.
