The clothing is reasonably priced and the quality is similar to Forever 21/Charlotte Russe with some pieces that are slightly higher quality. The accessories are affordable and chic. There is a small selection of shoes and a nice variety of scarves, headbands, and gloves that are affordable and priced appropriately. The jewelry is trendy and cute, but similar pieces can be found elsewhere for cheaper prices. Service is warm, friendly, and helpful. Thank you Kittson for coming to Bismarck! She greets us and and asked if she could help me. I tell her why I'm in the store and as I'm talking to her she never looks at me. I ask her what sizes does she carry and she says sizes 0-3. She was a very petite woman so i said "Oh i haven't been that size since my son! Lol! Thank you!" She continues to not look at me and smiles as i leave. I am shopping on line a few minutes ago and a Chico skirt was recommended to me on google by my filters. And the Chico's website explained to me what the size ranges actually mean. I'm in complete shock because i was in the store and the sales woman who greeted me couldn't disclose that information to me. As a previous retail manager i am very disappointed. And to think I almost worked for this company.

About ten percent of the stores were closed, but the rest were open for business, including a large number of kiosks for jewelry, accessories and phone repair. Huge parking lot and a number of entrances. The mall is shaped like a very tall "Y" with Target and Keating furniture at the top, JCPenney and Scheels at the bottom. As a new mother, I went into the mothers room to nurse my son. I was in there about 20 minutes when…read moresomeone saying they were from security came banging on the door, screaming and demanding I open the door. I was terrified by the sound of the voice and how aggressive it was. I covered up and opened the door to a women in normal clothes, and she realized I was actually nursing my son and she got all sheepish and said something about the lights being off in the bathroom (a different room than the nursing room) I was so scared because for all I knew, it was some crazy person banging on the door and I'm alone in the room holding my newborn son. Apparently there was a report of someone doing drugs in a family restroom (and they checked the nursing room too I guess). I would have been far more understanding if security told me they had a report of drug activity in the bathroom, rather than the weird light excuse. I spent a long time thinking about how impractical that was and how I can't even use the nursing room then if I have to worry about the motion lights of another room or I will get security screaming at me. When I called mall security about the problem, the woman was rude and didn't even apologizing for scaring me and my son when we were doing nothing wrong, saying she was just doing her job, which I understand but it was just not handled appropriately at all. All I wanted to do was feed my son in private. I am very nervous about using the nursing room in the future after this incident, but I appreciate the mall general manager for hearing my complaint and offering to talk to security about how to appropriately deal with issues regarding the nursing room which should be a relatively calm space for a baby and mother. Would be a one star review if not for her, will definitely change back to a one star if I ever experience this again though.
