She greets us and and asked if she could help me. I tell her why I'm in the store and as I'm talking to her she never looks at me. I ask her what sizes does she carry and she says sizes 0-3. She was a very petite woman so i said "Oh i haven't been that size since my son! Lol! Thank you!" She continues to not look at me and smiles as i leave. I am shopping on line a few minutes ago and a Chico skirt was recommended to me on google by my filters. And the Chico's website explained to me what the size ranges actually mean. I'm in complete shock because i was in the store and the sales woman who greeted me couldn't disclose that information to me. As a previous retail manager i am very disappointed. And to think I almost worked for this company.

It's not easy to see from one department to the other due to solid walls throughout the center of the store. That made it challenging to find the men's department without help. Once there, there is a lot and they do have some prices but it's all quite high due to the BOGO on offer. I just want ONE shirt, why are you making me buy two of them? After checking several different displays and the clearance area, I decided to go without. If you're looking to fill a wardrobe, then this would work.
