She greets us and and asked if she could help me. I tell her why I'm in the store and as I'm talking to her she never looks at me. I ask her what sizes does she carry and she says sizes 0-3. She was a very petite woman so i said "Oh i haven't been that size since my son! Lol! Thank you!" She continues to not look at me and smiles as i leave. I am shopping on line a few minutes ago and a Chico skirt was recommended to me on google by my filters. And the Chico's website explained to me what the size ranges actually mean. I'm in complete shock because i was in the store and the sales woman who greeted me couldn't disclose that information to me. As a previous retail manager i am very disappointed. And to think I almost worked for this company.

The clothing is reasonably priced and the quality is similar to Forever 21/Charlotte Russe with some pieces that are slightly higher quality. The accessories are affordable and chic. There is a small selection of shoes and a nice variety of scarves, headbands, and gloves that are affordable and priced appropriately. The jewelry is trendy and cute, but similar pieces can be found elsewhere for cheaper prices. Service is warm, friendly, and helpful. Thank you Kittson for coming to Bismarck! I went in and brought a whole bin of clothes (probably 17-18 items) they gave me a bag back of…read moreclothes and said they wanted them just wanted them washed, mind you I didn't even wear barely any of the clothes I had brought them and I washed them right before I went there. after the fact today of going there to bring the bag of clothes they wanted JUST WANTED WASHED they took 4 out of the 8 items they wanted... then proceeded to give me $15 (I don't mind right) not tell I get home and see eaten up chips and a bag inside my pants when I know for a FACT that wasn't they're before you bet I'm going there tomorrow and making them take the chewed up chips clothes and getting my money back and I even bought a sports bra from them after the fact I got the bag back and I'm making them exchange my money for it and I'm keeping the sports bra. never will I give business to them again. after two years of going and giving them business RUDE!
