So far it has not been good. They will not return calls, let alone answer the phone. Wont response to emails and the list goes on. I have called every number I could and left messages. And, I am still not done having to deal with them. Maybe this get their attention, but I doubt it. Not in the least bit happy. SHOULD HAVE CHOSEN SOMEONE ELSE read more

We started working with 2 Vets Moving in April and actually moved in the middle of August. Throughout all that time contacts between phone calls and emails they were so helpful and positive. Nothing seemed to be a problem for them. Since never having made a move before I had a million questions and they answered all promptly and positively. They moved things that were left in the new place to other rooms for us. Never once did I hear any foul language from any of the young men! Unusual in this day and age, but very appreciated by this old lady! I wish I had the option of giving them more than 5 stars because they deserve it. Best of all....nothing was damaged in the move and their pricing was very reasonable. read more

The crew was friendly. They were paid for a ten hour day and they basically put everything in the garage and took off. I was told they would put boxes in their designated rooms and that did not happen. We had two people ready to direct the movers to designated rooms but as soon as we would tell one person where to go, another would bring more boxes and just put them in the garage. We spent a lot of time organizing boxes after they left so quickly. We paid for a service and that service was not completed. They seemed rushed to leave and left 4 hours before they were suppose to be done. If you are going to call yourselves "Two Vets", I expect the job to be done correctly. I was very disappointed. read more

2 Vets Moving Company is truly amazing. We moved under less than ideal conditions; snow, ice, wind. Typical ND. The men of 2 Vets did not let us down! We actually had to call a halt for the day when conditions just got too bad. They then worked us quickly into the schedule to complete our move. Everyone on the moving crew was extremely polite, professional, and courteous! I couldn't believe how quickly and carefully they could move and everything arrived safe and sound-even with a blizzard raging outside! The snow stayed outside, our stuff came inside, and everything was in one piece including the movers . We have worked with many moving companies over the years and I have never been as impressed with a company as I am with 2 Vets. I would recommend them to anyone! And when the movers arrived they immediately helped me detach the car hitch I'd been struggling with for almost an hour - I was actually waiting on the tow company - but Manny saved the day! Then Manny, Darius and Andre proceeded to unload my two bedroom apartment in a super efficient and timely manner. Everything arrived in my new apartment in perfect condition. They were aware of the time crunch. first they told us 9 am and then it was 11 am (the first signing we had to be at was at 1 pm) but then at 11:08 am the day of we got a call and it all of a sudden became 12:30 to 1 pm for them to show up. (it was after 1 pm when they finally arrived) staff was nice but that is only positive they left THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS of our stuff in the home we sold. Irreplaceable items that were clearly packed and ready to go. they left a very valuable guitar of mine just sitting in the middle of the room. And we couldn't be there while they did all this because they were so late and because we had to be at the signing. due to their last minute lateness all of our food we took great care to pack in thermal bags ended up all getting ruined. we asked that if they don't move something to leave it outside the home. they did not. You know what they offered in return for all of this horribleness we had to deal with because of them? $50. It was truly an insult and a slap in the face considering we had to pay them over $2500 for absolute crap. we will Never recommend this company to anyone even as a last resort. They caused an unbelievable amount of stress during an already insanely stressful time.

From the person doing the estimate not listening to instructions from me to making commitments that were not honored, they are untrustworthy and have no concept of customer service, let alone caring for the property they are moving. The only positive thing I can say is the 2 gentlemen that did the physical move were polite. If I had to choose between using AAction Movers and leaving all my property behind, I would leave everything behind. Given the thousands of dollars of damage and the actual cost of the move, it would have been less expensive to buy all new furniture and household goods. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Aaction came highly recommended - did not deliver and extremely frustrated with the lack of progress on our claims. We had 13 pieces of furniture damaged by the "professional" loaders. During the quote process and after the move, the insurance was not explained. Ended up with the basis - $.30 per pound for damage. 13 pieces damaged, thousands of dollars, and we received $175. 2nd claim flied for damage to our house - STILL WAITING after three months. I have not repaired anything in house and they really do not give a SH&^. I was told that all damage would be covered at 100% - STILL WAITING. Working with the so-called staff over the past 3 months has been complete hell. No one calls back or takes ownership of anything - the old adage - over promise and under deliver. There is an excuse for everything and it is a bunch of BS. We live in Bismarck, ND- My recommendation is to use a local company. I am pretty sure this will never be seen by anyone - hopefully it is.

Here is what happened: My belongings were picked up on June 19th to be delivered to Wisconsin June 30th. It was a snap move but they didn't have containers but I was assured they were getting more in that day and my belongings would be loaded into the crates that afternoon. I heard nothing from anyone for the next 9 days. I called my regional move manager on the 29th to make sure everything was still on schedule. She informed me that she did not know where my belongings were but thought they were still in bismarck. I called the local move manager in bismarck and confirmed that my belongings were not only in Bismarck but hadn't even been crated yet! It was scheduled to be crated first thing Wednesday morning (a day after it was supposed to arrive in Wisconsin). I called every day that week and spoke with both the local coordinator and the national coordinator to make sure things were on track but no one could even estimate when delivery would be... my belongings sat at the bismarck warehouse for another week and did not get picked up until Monday the 6th. I was then informed on Tuesday that it took 5 crates instead of 3 or 4 and I owed money. Why was I not informed that it was 5 crates until after it was on the way to Wisconsin? I was in contact with a couple people from the moving company every day... seems very possible that I should have known sooner.. After a week of not knowing when my belongings would arrive I finally had a delivery date of July 14th a full 2 weeks after it was supposed to be delivered and 26 days after my belongings were moved from my house. I spoke with united/mayflower corporate to try and get some resolution on the awful costumer service and after a week of trying she was unable to speak with someone in bismarck about my move. When my belongings arrived the frame of my loved seat was broken and a couple of items did not even make it to destination. The parts box that they packed was not taped shut and an important piece to my bed frame was missing and found on top of a random box 3 crates from where the parts box was! Furniture was not wrapped appropriately edges sticking out of blankets tape over vaneered surfaces. I was very disappointed in the origin portion of this move

Our boiler was "fixed" by Rivers Edge. It was running heat to one zone of our home nonstop. They…read morereplaced a zone valve and thermostat (I asked for a programmable model, and if possible to connect it to our air conditioning we have two separate thermostats. I was not home when they completed the work, but got neither request. Not sure if they ignored request to include the A/C, or if it can't be done, since the other request was also not done. The invoice I received from them came in via email and was actually just a receipt. The price we paid was included but no breakdown of parts/labor/travel. I was curious, as the first technician was unable to complete the work and the owner ended up coming out to finish the job. Total cost was in the $600 range. Ultimately, the fix did not fix our problem. I still had heat at all times. I called Rivers Edge after hours to ask if it would be bad for the system to just turn it completely on & off until it could be fixed. The owner told me he would have to check on that and get back to me. I've never heard from him again.

Middle of the winter I expected to hear that I needed to pay an emergency fee to promptly get a tech to my house to look at my heat problem, however, I was pleasantly surprised when I found I was able to get a tech to my house the next morning (less than 24hrs) for a normal service call fee. The responding technician was thorough and explained my exact problem to me. Bottom line is I needed to repair or replace my aged furnace... Options were provided, with no upsell pressure. My furnace was unsafe to operate, so the tech took time to safely disable it and also took time to make sure I had adequate alternate heat sources to keep my two-story home warm and safe until we were able to fix my issue. Within a couple hours I had an estimate emailed to me, complete with several options to help me make the best decision. Ultimately I decided to update my furnace with a more efficient unit. I was impressed that Advanced Mechanical had a large inventory warehoused (in Bismarck) to ensure they have enough equipment on-hand to service our area. I appreciate the expense of holding this inventory and mitigating our current shipping and supply chain issues The team (Nate & Chris) that installed my new furnace was great. They were very friendly, clean and careful. They went the extra step to do an extremely professional installation, ensuring all plumbing etc. was clean and aesthetically good looking. They double checked all connections, gas supply and operations of all systems. They then made sure I was comfortable with all the repairs and understood everything. They left my utility room much cleaner than they found it! Very happy with the finished product and overall experience. It is definitely worth it to pay the pro's to come and do the work for you! Spencer came over later in the morning and noticed the filter was plugged. This was fixed and we were told we should have hot water soon; however, we did not. I was quite frustrated and posted a comment on Facebook. Jami contacted me almost immediately and had Spencer at my house within a half hour & this time, it was fixed and he didn't leave until we felt the water warming up. I can understand troubleshooting doesn't always work the way I want it to and sometimes you have to try a few fixes before you get it right. I was hot and sticky & crabby (I needed a shower badly) I was blown away at how important it was to Jami that our hot water heater was fixed that night if at all possible. They took a situation with an unhappy customer and used it to create a very satisfied one who will definitely call on them again!

RYAN & LUNA, were absolute life savers! 2 Vets Moving company saved the day! We called last minute in the morning on the 1st of the month, explaining we needed to be out of the house by end of day, original cousins who were going to move my mother backed out last minute. 2 Vets was fully booked but he understood our situation and said he would do his very best to find a crew to move my mom. At 2:30pm he was able to find a crew for my mother. They were very professional and helped her out. She felt very comfortable and they went above and beyond and were done so fast! Very cost effective. My mom will be needing movers again in 6 months. Will be using this company again & will refer to EVERYBODY WE KNOW! Thanks 2 Vets for taking care of my mother! 2 Vets recently moved us from one town to another and did a great job! They were very easy to schedule and had no problem accommodating the items we needed moved. Communication was prompt and thorough. The two gentlemen who moved our stuff on moving day were quick, careful, and very courteous. I labeled boxes for rooms and they graciously put them in their respective places. They asked questions and were very mannerly. We moved for work, so it was nice to see that 2 Vets offers a discount for military and first responders and definitely made us try them over other services. Hope to not move again but if we did, we'd definitely use their service a second time. Highly recommend! Shout out to Dave and Jacob (aka Pickles)! Hope I got their names right! read more

Today Shane, Tyler, and Adam moved everything we owned to our new home. They arrived 15 minutes early and worked tirelessly throughout the day. They made light work out of even the heaviest of items that we had. They attached moving blankets to all of our doors, rails, and wall corners to avoid a dings or scratches. They also disassembled and reassembled shelves and furniture without issue. Multiple times during the day and before they left they double and triple checked that everything was to our satisfaction. We couldn't be happier with their service and we'd recommend them to anyone looking for diligent, quality movers. read more

I had a very large moving project for the company I work for. Ron and his guys did an absolutely outstanding job. It took half the time I was expecting even we there was more stuff to move than I had thought. They were all very friendly and the best part ( because who ever likes moving?!) they made it into a fun atmosphere. I highly suggest calling 2 vets moving any time you need either a few large things moved or your whole damn house and then some! I wouldn't go any where else, and I definitely will be using them in the future for work related moves! read more
