Bright, trendy color pattern (eggshell blues and browns), good lighting, super cute dressing rooms with comfy seats. (Expensive) trendy clothes are offered up to size 24, though the few I tried on ran teeny teeny tiny in size. The salesgirls didn't notice that my friend and I were still in the fitting rooms when they closed shop at 6pm, but we weren't rushed out and they gladly made the sale and raised the gates for us.

Brightly lit, clear aisles, lots of merchandise with prices displayed. Tools, light, medium and heavy equipment, trailers, more tools, safety equipment, you name it. If it goes in a garage or it fits into or behind a repair truck, they likely have it here! The two-cycle gas generator is definitely at the top of my list. For $110, to get 700-900 watts of power would be super useful. I'll be looking to get one of these at home. [Review 10630 overall, 398 of 2019.]

I opened the package last week to use it for the first time and light didn't work. I took it back to the store in Bismarck and wanted to exchange it for a new one. The Very RUDE RUDE store manager told me it has a 90 day warranty and I was past my 90 day warranty from when I bought it by a few days and he walked away. I tried to tell him, I only opened it last week and it doesn't stay on. He said again 90 days as he was walking away. I told him I have been a customer since the store opened and I will NEVER step foot in a harbor freight store again. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

The first employee to help me was nice and asked me if I had my I.D to prove that it was my order, to which I said I didn't have it on me (it was in my car). I was told then that I needed I.D, so I willingly showed my school profile from my phone which had my picture and my name and showed it to her. At this time another employee walked up to me, looked at my picture and my full name, then told me to open my Facebook profile to prove that I was who I said I was. I tried to show her, but my Facebook wasn't loading even while being on WiFi. While waiting, the employee that told me to show her my social media page started to talk down to me about how I shouldn't be driving without an I.D, and that I could get a ticket. I am well aware of that but my I.D was in my car so there was no need to tell me that. When my Facebook loaded and she saw my information, she gave the go ahead to the first employee and that was that. I didn't see a name tag on her, but she had on a white/light colored sort of shirt and had short hair.
