This time we purchased the extended warranty plan direct from Whirlpool. Because we ranch 35 miles north of Bismarck, Lowes wanted $180 for installation, which we declined. My son and I installed the new Whirlpool the next day and discovered it was not receiving water in the wash tub, although the line checked out fine. We called Whirlpool and they in turn contacted Appliance Solutions and provided us with a number and point of contact, Joshua. Although it took him a few days to get to us (early season blizzard), Joshua was very professional, had a new water inlet solenoid and was meticulous about his work. I called the store and complained I was told I had to call the warranty company, surprised me cause when I purchased them I was told they would take care of calling the warranty company. So I called warranty and was told they only have 1 person in Bismarck for fixing warranty problems. This person is not the easiest person to work with either.
