I called a few local service companies and Josh from Appliance Solutions agreed to take a look at it. He was honest, and up front on what he could do to help. He was a great communicator on where we were in the process. And in the end, he and his team came thru with the part to fix my dishwasher. I am so pleased and would highly recommend Appliance Solutions!

We bought a high end Whirlpool dishwasher from Lowes to replace our Samsung dishwasher ( a 2 1/2…read moreyears old piece of junk), also purchased from Lowes. This time we purchased the extended warranty plan direct from Whirlpool. Because we ranch 35 miles north of Bismarck, Lowes wanted $180 for installation, which we declined. My son and I installed the new Whirlpool the next day and discovered it was not receiving water in the wash tub, although the line checked out fine. We called Whirlpool and they in turn contacted Appliance Solutions and provided us with a number and point of contact, Joshua. Although it took him a few days to get to us (early season blizzard), Joshua was very professional, had a new water inlet solenoid and was meticulous about his work. We highly recommend him and his business. Rik and Kari, Triple J Ranch, Wilton, ND

I had good experiences with all but 2 employees. 1 a cleaner who left tasks undone. And when I complained she confronted me personally about my complaint. The 2nd just occurred--after waiting all day for them to arrive (with one brief period talking with my neighbor). I called inquiring if they were coming. I was transferred to SEAN. I explained I had been home all day with a few minute exception when I was on my back deck. He said they arrived rang the bell and knocked with no response. Then he said they waited outside for 15 minutes. He said they were there between 1-2:30. I explained I cannot see the front from my home. And that the cleaners were NOT there at 2:30. I went outside at 3:11. I asked if I was supposed to wait for them all day. He mentioned my CCTV. Not only that I had called my husband. He was hell bent on arguing and not listening. The cleaners did not call me or text..ANsaid they had an incorrect number for N Carolina I'm in ND. He said they found a good number. I reiterated that I received no calls or texts. But I did receive a bill for no services received. Since all he did was argue I told him..if this is how you're going to run the business then cancel my contract. I will pay their no service bill, cancel the contract in writing and I will state my story on social media. No one should have to deal with a representative for a company that only makes the company appear preposterously poor at customer service.
