I called a few local service companies and Josh from Appliance Solutions agreed to take a look at it. He was honest, and up front on what he could do to help. He was a great communicator on where we were in the process. And in the end, he and his team came thru with the part to fix my dishwasher. I am so pleased and would highly recommend Appliance Solutions!

This time we purchased the extended warranty plan direct from Whirlpool. Because we ranch 35 miles north of Bismarck, Lowes wanted $180 for installation, which we declined. My son and I installed the new Whirlpool the next day and discovered it was not receiving water in the wash tub, although the line checked out fine. We called Whirlpool and they in turn contacted Appliance Solutions and provided us with a number and point of contact, Joshua. Although it took him a few days to get to us (early season blizzard), Joshua was very professional, had a new water inlet solenoid and was meticulous about his work. We highly recommend him and his business. Rik and Kari, Triple J Ranch, Wilton, ND
