They did not reinsert the copper crush washer and in doing so the screw was put in too tight causing a crack. They are refusing to take responsibility because it was "already cracked" and their proof is that there is "rust" in the crack. ALUMINUM DOES NOT EVEN RUST. NEVER GO HERE. I have two specialist mechanics that said 100% this was caused by them and I have proof from my last oil change that there was no crack at that time. The photos show the damage after the oil change (notice no copper washer) and after the mechanic looked at it and put one back in. "If this crack was there before this change your engine would have blown up by now"- my mechanic. The guy in charge of the branch -Paspal- has refused to talk to me further about the issue and I am now going to have to take legal action. A headache no one wants.

It does not matter, VIP charges you and does the installation.) This, to me, was an amazing deal. The fog lights in my car are no picnic to get to. Doing it myself looked like an incredible pain in the ass. Here at VIP, they took me right in, put my car on the lift, and had new bulb installed very quickly. Apparently, they offer many of these small, but convenient, free services. The staff at this location are very customer service oriented. I had avoided VIP for a number of years because most of my business had been done at their Sabattus St. location, and the staff gives you more of that typical, busy mechanics, "we don't need your business" kind of attitude and they assume you are stupid. My recent visit to the Lisbon St. location gave me a whole new respect for this business, and is probably where I will continue to go. Thank you!

Service is good. They know what they're doing. They have a lot of staff so they're quick. The prices are more than reasonable. I've never waited to get in the bay. They don't try to push extra services on you like other quick places. They aren't trying to sell filters when you don't need them. I'm happily here with both of my cars every three months. Good prices, but lousy service. Paid $30 to mount & balance two tires. I lost a hubcap less than a…read moremile up the hill. Of course it got run over before I could retrieve it. They blamed it on a faulty hubcap. It's funny that I never had any problems with it for thousands of miles in rain or snow. The next day I drove less than sixty miles and lost the hubcap from the other tire they mounted! The hubcaps cost more than the $30 I paid for the work they performed. I should probably re-torque the lug nuts that they said wouldn't need retightening. Followup: After this review I was contacted by the owner and was referred to the local manager. I got two tires I owned mounted and balanced for free and another $30 off an alignment that is already the lowest price in town. Still not pleased with my original visit, but at least they tried to make it up to me.
