I've kayaked several times but never here in Wyoming, and never with my 3-year-old in tow, so I had loads of questions. Rusty at Rent Adventure was quick to reply and had great info! I booked online which was super easy. I especially like the option to get text updates and add to my calendar. When the day of fun arrived, I was quite pleased by the very friendly young man working the shop. He was nice to my toddler and took care of loading the kayak into the shuttle for us. A quick shuttle ride to Wedding of the Waters and we were ready for fun! The river is nice and mellow, great for kids. You can paddle or just float and let the river carry you. We opted for the short ride which took 2 hours. I paddled pretty fast most of the time because my little passenger demanded "Mommy, go fast!" If you don't paddle much the current will take you back to the shop in around 4 hours. When we made it back, the nice young man fetched the kayak for me since I was only able to get it to the grassy knoll on my own. He really is a friendly employee and such a hard worker! Whether you're a total beginner or an expert, you'll have a great time. Don't feel like paddling? I saw a bunch of really nice giant tubes you can rent too. Maybe I'll try that next time, because there definitely will be a next time!

So I stupidly took the rear tire off and the chain Put the new tube in and could not get the chain back on. It seemed like there was an extra loop I watched YouTube videos that showed you what to do and just couldn't get it. Called him up told him what was going on and they said bring it in. They had to break the chain to get it back on the bike and then charge me $40.

I have had generator trouble on my RV for 4+ months. I replaced everything I could fuel pump,…read morecarburetor, air filter, fuel filters and spark plugs. Couldn't get it to fun more than a few min. I took it to 4 different mechanics who tried different things - even taking off and cleaning the carb. Nothing. Can't get out figured out. The guys at the RV place a few doors down recommended I take it to Hando's. I called that morning. They said I can bring it over and they could fit me in to check it out. Got there and as soon as they finished up with a trailer fix, they got to me. The tech was looking over everything and determined that the fuel pump was not putting out enough volume of gas. Low pressure, high volume is what he said. They didn't have a fuel pump, but recommended I pick one up at Cummins on my way through Billings, MT. I did so and installed it. Bang! That was it! These good at Hando's know their stuff! Also, he charged me $50 to check it out instead of the $85 shop rate because they couldn't fix it on site. Fair.

These guys will rent you one! They've got a cool, modern trailer that has all the latest tech that'll get you to the top of the Tetons grandly. Their expertise is impressive. They sell maps to help you get around, and the staff is ready to answer questions about any of the merch. They've got a hiking shoe selection that's hard to beat, and lots of the coolest latest gadgets that'll help you get over the river and through the woods. There's a second story to this place, I don't think there's an elevator available. One of my favorite things about this store are the displays- in the window and on the sales floor, they have little camping scenes set up, where they're highlighting their gear or clothing. This is a great outfitters to get outfitted in before going on that grand journey through the Great Outdoors.
