You don't have any options! There's no one here that wants to take your work! Is this how Kotz treats disabled seniors after they get their home? Overpriced, by the way. On one of our rentals the tenant had called an HVAC company on their own instead of going through maintenance with our property manager. It seems that they were experiencing a problem with the furnace (it was winter when this occurred) and they were told it needed a new control board and the total was almost $1,000! We had our property management company inform them they should call maintenance for such problems. Then they scheduled Air Repair to check the furnace and they made a minor adjustment and charged me approximately $100. My general impression of Air Repair is that they are competent, honest, and reasonable and fair in pricing. They have since done AC repair on another property and continue to live up to their reputation.

This summer I decided to clean the air conditioning unit myself. A little tricky taking it apart. Even more tricky putting it back together. I called Trane for guidance, they told me to call my local Trane dealer, which I did. When I explained my issue, they put me through to Phil Trzos who spent the better part of 45 minutes discussing how to proceed with the self maintenance, complete with texting photos for his review and comment. 100% best HVAC customer service I have ever experienced.
