I purchased a Trane furnace and air conditioning system from Trzos many many years ago (like maybe 15-18 years ago). Both are still running with zero issues. This summer I decided to clean the air conditioning unit myself. A little tricky taking it apart. Even more tricky putting it back together. I called Trane for guidance, they told me to call my local Trane dealer, which I did. When I explained my issue, they put me through to Phil Trzos who spent the better part of 45 minutes discussing how to proceed with the self maintenance, complete with texting photos for his review and comment. 100% best HVAC customer service I have ever experienced. Run, don't walk away from this company. Was a current customer with 6 year old furnace (and air conditioner) that they had installed. Had them out to check the humidifiers on both of my furnaces. 1) First unit needed small adjustment Second unit needed new solenoid valve not in truck Charge: $160 2) Return service call to install part, no itemized invoice Charge: $205 Researched the cost of exact part (he left me the faulty one) $20.77 on Amazon When I call and asked for an itemized invoice, I was told they didn't reveal what they charged for parts. Was offered a $25 discount. Ridiculous hourly charge for the second service call since they had already diagnosed the problem and only had to install a $21 part = $184 service charge This response on top of the fact that they know I'll need a new furnace and air conditioner in 2025. Will NOT be using them again Plenty of reputable companies in the area to chose from. read more

Tonight, David came out on an emergency call for my uncle, a 90 year old man with no air conditioning. It was 90 degrees and humid today, and my uncle had just been released from a hospital.
