This was after they reiterated to us from their sales team how "HVAC really comes down to the install." They then scheduled our first home care program appointment soon thereafter, where they found several things that we needed to fix electrically around the house, and sent estimates totaling several thousand dollars. Today they reached out to me to schedule my first furnace inspection. They said they had openings. I gave them some days. "Oh we don't have availability on those days. What about the following week?" I said, "Yes that'll be fine." They then came back with, "We don't have availability that week either." I told them I am available all day every day and night and to let me know what they can do. It's truly incredible...in a horrible (and confusing) way.
