A very attractive, incredably sweet and attentive hostest. I was surprised they offered discount hookahs from 8-1pm, even on the weekend. We went around 10pm and it was not quite crowed yet, but we were also expecting 6-8 inches of snow. The music was bumpin' but not so loud as you could hold a conversation. The drink prices were reasonable and they offer late night snacks. I deducted a star because our bill did not reflect the menu prices, in which I had asked before placing my order. Management deducted the difference but prices should reflect menu prices. I also deducted a star for a 20% "surcharge", which is forced gratuity... even for a party of two. It's not stated anywhere, I had to ask if it was forced gratuity. We left more than the forced 20% because Sabrina was exceptional. I would recommend asking about specials before hand as well as inspecting your bill. I can see how people over pay/tip. Business practices seem a bit shady but hey, I'm just here for the cheap hookah.

Everything was fresh, flavorful and perfect for grazing during a cocktail-style event. The winter cranberry spritz was basically all of my favorite flavors in one glass. So so good. It took a little while for the bartender to make our drinks, but once ready, we decided to bring them over to the lower table area. Once we were finished and walking out, the bartender asked us to bring up all of our glasses and napkins to the bar. I thought bussing our own table was a little odd too. We ended up having a last-minute venue change to Ladder, and I am so happy that the prior venue fell through. I worked directly with the owner, who was awesome! He was able to work with what we wanted/needed to be covid friendly during an event, and he was always accessible. I had preselected appetizers for everyone, and I did drink tickets. We ended up taking The Jake lounge, which worked out perfect for us. We had our own bathrooms and had our own bartender and servers. Highly recommend it if you are throwing an event!
