I lost the only key I had to an older vehicle. It was in a prime parking spot at a local grocery store. Two of the vehicle model dealers told me they could not access key codes to vehicles older than 2015. The last dealer referred me to Larry's Lock Safe. I called and talked to a young lady, Julianne, who got the process started. I visited their store and completed the paperwork, stressing anything they could do to expedite making the keys would greatly be appreciated. Locked myself out of a house I was sitting. Brilliant, huh? The service was great and very affordable. Got in with no damage done to the door. Called to let me know they were running late, and good humored to help me in my Seinfeld moment. My phone even died when I called them the first time, and when I finally found a neighbor who had a phone I could borrow, they again were very good natured and understanding. I've called them twice, once about 2 months ago, my neighbor locked herself out of her house, They took my name and number, said they'd call me right back, 2 months later, still haven't called. Then the person parked next to me at Kohls locked herself out of her car, it was about 6:30 P.M., obviously after hours. I pushed the number for 'emergency", was connected to a guy that yelled at me that he wasn't on call, and why was I calling him. I tried to tell him that he was just who I was connected with, but he hung up on me. Guess they don't need the business. read more
