Very unfriendly staff. Spoke with a woman over the phone and seemed to have a terrible attitude. If you treat customers with respect, you will have a successful business. I ended up calling different locksmith and he was super friendly. He is coming at 1:30 to make 3 keys for us. Next time have a better attitude. read more

I broke my house key in the lock and called them at about 5:20pm. They were here within 15 minutes and not only got the key out, but made me a new key, and then tightened the lock in the door (it was a little loose). So helpful, professional, courteous. Price was very reasonable ($75). I hope I don't make this mistake again, but I will definitely be calling them if I do. read more

I needed car keys over the weekend and they tried to cut me some at the shop without seeing the car, hoping they would work, but said to call if they didn't... they didn't, and I called them and they came out before the weekend was up to cut a new key in my driveway for free so that we could use the car come Monday. read more

The best place to go when you need help with a remote key / fob. She was so helpful. Every time I hit a button on this new key fob, I whisper 'thank you' to her. I will be returning soon for a second key and fob. read more

I got a key fob/remote clicker programmed here For my 2016 Kia Soul. I purchased the fob online. Great service, great price. An extra key that opens the door and starts engine was included. Owner very professional and courteous. If you only have one fob for your car, I highly recommend getting at least one more at their very reasonable cost. A+ read more

I've had the pleasure of working with Al twice now in the past 6 months. He is extremely polite, professional and QUICK!! One of my calls was for a lock out in South Bend on a Saturday, Al was there within an hour and I was on my way within 15 minutes! He was able to get the code to my door lock, he has made extra keys for me and was able to program new FOBs for my sons older jeep. Very reasonably priced, very prompt and professional. Called and asked to have a duplicate key made. I had already bought my key online, I just brought it and my car to them and had a new car key in 10 minutes, cut and programmed (remote start and alarm work!) and a very decent price. Definitely recommend this company! Next time I will just buy the key from them too, they had lots in the shop. read more
