These folks are terrific. Kevin arrived on time and couldn't have been more pleasant to work with. He rekeyed 5 doors for me and even realigned some of our locks that weren't working properly. When he was done, he tested everything to make sure all of our manual and electronic locks were working and cleaned up any mess. Amazing customer service!! We are located in Sawyer and needed to find a shop where I could get new entry locks all keyed to the same key. I must have called 10 different locksmiths from Michigan city to Benton Harbor- none of which had a physical shop and/or were not open on a Saturday.
