These folks are terrific. Kevin arrived on time and couldn't have been more pleasant to work with. He rekeyed 5 doors for me and even realigned some of our locks that weren't working properly. When he was done, he tested everything to make sure all of our manual and electronic locks were working and cleaned up any mess. Communication was friendly and professional from start to finish and prices were reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to use Elmer's again in the future. Highly recommend. read more

I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Elmer's Locksmith! I was locked out of my house and even though it was just past closing time, Randy came to unlock my door for me so I didn't have to spend the night in a hotel! He was super quick and got my inside my house within minutes! He's such a sweet man and great at what he does!! read more

I was in a real pickle. I was locked out of my electronic keypad safe and not only did the guys get the safe open, they switched it over to a manual dial combo so I never have to worry about this problem again. Can't thank them enough! read more

Amazing customer service!! We are located in Sawyer and needed to find a shop where I could get new entry locks all keyed to the same key. I must have called 10 different locksmiths from Michigan city to Benton Harbor- none of which had a physical shop and/or were not open on a Saturday. I somehow found Elmer's online and called in the morning- Randy immediately answered my call and even though he technically wasn't open, he told me to come by and get what I needed! He had everything I needed in stock and went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule. Fantastic customer service- very friendly and really helped me out when I was in a pinch. Couldn't be happier- would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quality locksmith! read more

I called Elmer's locksmith and talked to Randy about having the locks changed on my house, he sent his son to do the job. Absolutely amazing response time and customer service, a very kind person and so is Randy. His son is very professional and talented for his young age. Couldn't be happier with the job, it's nice to see the family run business's nowadays. We had Elmer's Locksmith (Randy and his son) come out the other day to rekey a key/code lock to a house we just purchased. Our realtor highly recommended them and we couldn't have been more pleased! Randy called ahead of time to confirm the day, time, address. He and his son showed up on time and were very friendly and professional. They did the job in a timely manner and gave us some great advice on the type of code lock we have, which we weren't used to using. We were very pleased with their work and the price was fair. We hired Elmer's to change the locks on my auntie's house. They came out in just a few days and even called an hour or so before to confirm. Randy was AMAZING! On time, so very professional and polite. He finished in no time. He recommended a change to door #4 that saved us money. He even assisted us in installing a new TV (as I was doing that at the same time). My aunt wanted to slip Randy a tip but he refused and told her he was just happy to make her safe.
