It sounded like a great deal. He gave the phone to a lady who spoke broken English to get the address, make, and model. After waiting for an hour we called back to confirm the address. They had written down the wrong address. He said it would be about a half hour before he could get to us. We politely told him we had already waited an hour to which he replied " I am giving you a discount." and he hung up. Called back and told him we found someone else. I feel he was very unprofessional. He had the wrong address and didn't even take a phone number to get a hold of me if he had any questions. The price was right but the service was sub par!

When they came to the door, they both had their credentials or picture IDs on and looked very professional. Their actions were also as they appeared. In my profession, I have a great deal of cash on hand and other items of great value within the business and home areas. Long story short... I did my research and found Anthonys to have had all FBI background checks done and members of both organizations SAVTA and ALOA. These two organizations are a great place to find a local locksmith if you need one. They completed the job in two hours and were on their way. I highly recommend their services in any case. However, they are not cheap so.... that being said. You will most likely get what you pay for I suppose. While I did offer these two a tip for their service. Mr Anthony said he did appreciate the offer but, would rather us give them honest reviews if we were happy. I must say, professional, kind, punctual are the best words for these individuals.
