I cannot say enough good things about my experience at this AutoZone, especially because of…read moreMarcella. I came in stressed after my car would not start and had to be jumped earlier in the day. From the moment I walked in, she was professional, calm, and incredibly thorough. She tested my battery and clearly explained the results, walked me through every battery option along with the warranties, and explained what works best in Midwest cold weather. I never once felt rushed or pressured. What really stood out was how transparent and knowledgeable she was. She tested the new battery before installing it and showed me the numbers so I could see the difference. After installing it, she tested everything again with the car running, including the alternator, to make sure the entire system was working properly. She also scanned my check engine light, printed the report for me, explained what the codes meant, and talked through what my next steps could be if needed. She made sure I understood everything she was doing. Car trouble can be stressful, but Marcella completely turned the experience around. She was patient, kind, and clearly takes pride in her work. It is rare to receive customer service at this level. She went above and beyond, and I left feeling informed, confident, and taken care of. AutoZone is lucky to have her.

I was unable to get an appointment ANYWHERE to get the RV fixed, and was resigned to spend a week in Lincoln waiting for the next week, waiting for an available opening. I went to this Autozone to buy some fuel-injector cleaner, and they not only went out of their way to diagnose what was going on with our engine, but found a repair shop that would see us THAT DAY to get us back on our way. Jim literally saved us thousands of dollars (in accommodations and repair costs) by having established, trusted contacts to call upon in our time of need. I am eternally grateful to all the staff at this Autozone who helped us out. THANK YOU!!!

If I could give an infinite amount of stars, I would. I want to begin by saying that Benjamin is,…read moreby far, the absolute best salesman I have worked with in any industry. We also had the pleasure of working with Clyde. They make an excellent team.  The service we received from Benjamin is something you would be hard-pressed to find. Someone that not only goes out of their way to help you and your family find the perfect vehicle, but respects that you can't go past a certain price point. He held 2 or 3 different cars for us, since we live on the other side of town. He knows I have anxiety and was quick to reassure me. Although the entire transaction was very professional, I also feel like we built a friendship on trust, and that will make us choose Sid Dillon first every single time. I can't say enough about the wonderful impact this experience has had on our lives.  We had initially inquired about a 2012 Chrysler Town & Country but, because of our credit score & history, we had trouble getting financing. Benjamin was dead-set on getting us into a vehicle that, not only we could afford/finance, but would be reliable and offer security for us and our 3 small children. We went through quite a few options, and finally, he sent us a message that let us know that he had found us a 2020 Dodge Journey that had previously been leased and was practically new. Not only this, but it came with built-in warranties to keep us protected in case of faulty parts, etc. I did the math and, although the number was a little higher than we wanted to pay/month, it was much cheaper than what we had been paying for constant repairs for our Enclave. After test driving it, we knew we had to get it.  Backstory: Our pre-owned Buick Enclave, which we only had since November, broke down for the 5th time and the estimated cost this time was $6000+. This also happened to be the evening before I had hip surgery. We are having credit hardships after my husband was laid off from his job in the tech field last year. I was pregnant during that time and high-risk because of heart and placenta issues that could have cost me my life.  We are in a much better situation now but, as we all know, credit takes forever to bounce back. It's easy to lose credit, and very hard to build it back up. Our bank was unwilling to give us a loan because we don't have a cosigner (my parents died 3 years ago, my husband's father died in 2014, and we have no other family we can turn to). I truly feel in my heart that Benjamin (Sid Dillon) was the only one willing listen and to do whatever it took to get us a safe financed vehicle.

We received a faulty repair job from this shop that caused a brake failure at 45mph. We got a…read moresecond opinion from a more trusted mechanic who said that Zig had left a piece of the old brake pad lodged up against the rotor, which chewed up the rotor. The second opinion also stated that the Caliper had been poorly installed with what looked like intentional stripping on the screws. Additionally, the second opinion (as well as about an hour of research based on part numbers) show that his mark up is over 100% in nearly all cases, sometimes reaching north of 200%. A standard markup of 25%-50% is expected, but this is absurd. I approached Zig about this while being as polite as possible, scheduling a time where he would be free to chat. I talked about the markup first, he refused to provide invoices or markup rates. Upon presenting the evidence of an incorrect installation, he offered $50 out of his pocket for the new brake pads without admitting any fault, saying it would be impossible for him to make this error. I politely declined given his repairs were over $500 (the other shop we took it to re-fixed everything with better results and half the price), and he told me to "get the f*ck out". He refused to view further evidence when offered. With this many reviews bringing up small claims court, I would say its safe to stay as far from this business as possible. Some have said "you get what you pay for", while commenting on Zigs poor quality, but we did not even receive that. We received bottom of the barrel service that resulted in a life-threatening situation, and a slap in the face.
