The best company and best price 5 Star customer service I just seen bad feedback about this company ,but 2 days ago Anyway I purchased some items from this web site ,I'm really surprised,I don't expect get faster than amazon and also with amazing price much cheaper than any other company,I don't know why people gave them bad feedback honestly amazing company 5 Star I never seen like this

They ship parts fast and most of the reviews I gave on there website were five star. But when I had an issue with a product and gave it a bad review. They refused to post it. Pretty shady. I purchased a king chrome Water Pump. Triple chromed. It shipped with poor chrome quality and and damaged Gaskets. I gave an honest review and they never posted it. I called to Ask why and they could never get anyone to answer my question. But every 4 or 5 start review got posted right away. ( pretty shady)

The many times I called. I also emailed, sent messages on facebook and instagram.

Ordered a $220 flywheel and other parts and paid for 2 day shipping. Instead of calling they proceeded to charge my card and send an email saying that my order was not going to be shipped without providing an explanation. I called over 30 times over 2 days every time waiting more than 10 minutes for a person to answer sometimes waiting up to 30 minutes. Now I won't be receiving the parts I needed yesterday for another 5 days. Put me 2 weeks behind on a project when I PAID EXTRA to get the stuff here on time. Will not be ordering again and neither will my company. Extremely disappointed.

Pitman arm contacts the one tube.  After turning the steering all the way denting it, it still rubs on a sharp turn so I welded wear strips

First the headers don't fit, then after multiple attempts to post a review on their website, it never gets posted. I sent them a message asking why they would not post my review and I received no response. So Speedway Motors, soon everyone will know how you pick and choose what reviews to post. :)

The end of the week came and went and it didn't ship so I called the next week, to find out they were closed until 1/2 for the Christmas and new years holiday, okay called on 1/2 and asked what was going on with the order, again I was told they were behind and it would go out by Friday 1/3 or Monday 1/6 at the latest, Monday came and went and still no shipping. I called again today 1/7, now I was told they don't have the lift in stock and are waiting on it from their manufacturer and it would be a couple more weeks I asked why I wasn't told this before and he said he didn't know who helped me before. At this point I had zero faith in what they were saying wasn't another lie so I cancelled the order, surprisingly they were quick with that and the refund. It's unfortunate that they are one of the only operations making products for the Xterra because Xterra owners deserve better than all dogs offroad.

From the moment I walked in, she was professional, calm, and incredibly thorough. She tested my battery and clearly explained the results, walked me through every battery option along with the warranties, and explained what works best in Midwest cold weather. I never once felt rushed or pressured. What really stood out was how transparent and knowledgeable she was. She tested the new battery before installing it and showed me the numbers so I could see the difference. After installing it, she tested everything again with the car running, including the alternator, to make sure the entire system was working properly. She also scanned my check engine light, printed the report for me, explained what the codes meant, and talked through what my next steps could be if needed. She made sure I understood everything she was doing. Car trouble can be stressful, but Marcella completely turned the experience around. She was patient, kind, and clearly takes pride in her work. It is rare to receive customer service at this level. She went above and beyond, and I left feeling informed, confident, and taken care of. AutoZone is lucky to have her.

I went to this Autozone to buy some fuel-injector cleaner, and they not only went out of their way to diagnose what was going on with our engine, but found a repair shop that would see us THAT DAY to get us back on our way. Jim literally saved us thousands of dollars (in accommodations and repair costs) by having established, trusted contacts to call upon in our time of need. I am eternally grateful to all the staff at this Autozone who helped us out. THANK YOU!!!
