GPC doesn't just treat their customers like family, they treat their customers like the family members they actually like. I dig the staff: they have are serious about their work but not so serious that they don't know how to have a good time while doing it. I've purchased gear, bought shiny bits for bikes and had service done on at least three of my bikes at this shop. Each time, I was listened to, treated with respect and the service was completed as promised. I highly recommend GPC for bike service and for retail purchases.

Rod's offered no help and will not refund my money. I left numerous messages for Jim the parts manager to call me and he did not, to set up a return. Now they refuse to reverse my credit card charges. Rod's Power Sports answer is blame thier vendor, they will not tak eresponsiblity for their actions. This comany acts in a irresponsible manner. When it was time to get my wife's Iron 883 and my bike out of storage, I had an electrical issue that was killing the power when I hit the starter switch. I was very pleased with my service performed by Frontier H-D. They came and trailered my bike, solved my electrical issue, did a great oil and brake service, and replaced my badly worn tires. They even detailed my bike before pickup. I highly recommend this H-D and will use them for all my needs.

He lied about the condition of the vehicle in the add he placed on Facebook. He also told me he bought it from a local Lincoln man, and I found out it originated in Iowa and he bought it from a Lincoln bank. I also asked him if he had someone look over vehicles before he sold them and he said he did. If that's true, then his mechanics missed several leaks, wheel bearing, passenger side window regulator, and horrible penetrating rust on under carriage. I drove vehicle to make sure no engine lights came on. I did not test all windows because it was wintertime. I also trusted Joe to be an honest human. I tried to return truck a week later after my mechanic found all the issues and he would not take it back. I guess he really needed the few thousand dollars he made more than his integrity to be intact.
