I'll repeat what another reviewer said. If I could give Zero Stars, I would. There was staff that was very friendly and kind. A younger salesman was great, there was a female who is on their social media, she was nice. But my experience there was one of the worst switch-a-Roos I've ever dealt with. Don't waste your time or money at a place where they won't be at least honest or Upfront. There are far better Harley dealerships. read more

Ever since Towers took over Frontier, this place has gone downhill. Towers fired all the former employees or employees just left. They do not build into the community or care to build a culture. I've been on the phone with a snarky woman in Parts who hung up on me. I've tried getting through to Service for hours in a single day but they will not answer their phones or return calls. This place just wants to push new bikes on to everyone. Do not go into this place. Will not ever take my bike back in here. read more

Absolute worst dealership ever. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Sales people are vipers and will not leave you alone. parts and service are a shell of what they one were. would not recommend to anyone. They couldn't even change the website from when the original owners stated. Not even the same business but have the audacity to say "they" have been in business since the 1980s. What a crock run by a crook !!! Stay away!!! read more

As another reviewer said, if I could give this dealership a ZERO, I would. We had terrible customer service from what is a team of individuals who didn't care enough to go the extra mile to get you back on the road. We heard repeatedly how it was out of their control when there was so much more they could/should have done. Definitely not the service we have come to know from the dealerships here in the Pacific Northwest. On our way from Oregon with a group of friends to travel Route 66, the clutch went out on my 2015 HD CVO. Thinking a larger dealership would be able to give me quicker service, we limped the bike in to Towers Frontier on Saturday, June 27, 2026. Of course, the part had to be ordered and given it was Saturday and the dealership was closed on Monday, at my expense, I requested it be ordered overnight so it could arrive on Tuesday, June 30 or at the latest Wednesday, July 1. Meanwhile, I rented a vehicle and followed the other riders on to Milwaukee, WI where we spent a few days touring the HD museum and factory. Both were amazing - a must see for anyone. Checking in with Towers Frontier on Tuesday, June 30, the clutch had not arrived. Tim, the Service Advisor, said it had been assigned a tracking number, but the part had not moved. We assumed since it had been ordered overnight, the part would arrive on Wednesday, July 1. Checking out of the hotel in Milwaukee, WI one day early, we drove 8 hours back to the dealership in Lincoln, NE. Best case scenario was when the clutch arrived on Wednesday and my bike was repaired, we'd still have time to catch up with our friends and we wanted to be in place to make that happen. Wednesday, we arrived at Towers Frontier only to discover the part had not come in. Tim, the Service Advisor, said the computer showed the clutch had not moved. He took us over to the General Manager, I believe his name was Darrel, who suggested someone make a phone call to see why the part hadn't shipped, (especially since we requested it be shipped overnight) rather than just look at the computer. I thought this should have been done on Tuesday when it didn't show up and I believe if I had not shown up at the dealership, I doubt anyone would have thought to go that extra mile for us and make that call. We were told Harley Davidson had put holds on all ordered parts due to the upcoming holiday so basically, it was out of their control and they had no idea when the part would show up. Whaaaaattttt ??? None of that made sense and was confirmed when I stepped outside and called the parts department at Steelhead, HD a dealership in Tigard, OR, that I frequent regularly and asked them about the hold on parts. They said they never heard of such a thing. By this time, the hotel fees and car rental charges were still accumulating. Knowing we were going to be there at least another day, or possibly more, we asked Darrel if there was a loaner we could get so we could at least return the car and stop incurring rental charges. Darrel said they can't and don't provide that service. If they did it for us, they'd have to offer it to everyone. Too bad for us. We were in a stupor, wondering at this point how and IF we were going to be able to catch up with our friends. Then Eli, the Sales Manager, came over. He was very apologetic and explained he was just made aware of our situation and offered to give us a REALLY GREAT deal on a new bike so that we could get on our way and catch up with our friends. And I'll admit I bought in to the thought of owing a new bike, filled out the paperwork and even took two out on a test drive. My credit couldn't be verified as we had frozen access, and Eli had yet to come up with this REALLY GREAT number. It was at this point we felt bamboozled. Gee, we can't get your bike fixed, but what a great deal we'll give you on a new one. NO SALE! The clutch came in on Friday, July 3. There was talk of them getting it from another dealership so we're not certain where they got it from. We didn't ask and were glad it finally arrived. For our inconvenience, we were discounted $52.89 off the purchase price of our $1500 bill. It was too late now to catch up with our friends, so we took the scenic route back home to Oregon. While preparing to leave, my wife spoke to another customer outside of the dealership waiting for the service to be completed on his motorcycle. He had a somewhat similar story and ended up with a new motorcycle. Seems to be a pattern, doesn't it? read more

Purchased a bike recently, worst buying experience I've ever had. I'm used to paying for add ons like paint protection and warranty, but extremely high documentation fees, setup fees and bogus financing inflation costs is ridiculous. Tried to convince me the bike had the chrome package, which is Harley's standard, blacked out is the up charge option. Also they had to assemble the bike. They come fully assembled in a crate. What a bunch of liars and con artists. read more

Hello Harely and Purchasing customers, I'd like to report an issue I experienced with the Sales department of Harely of Lincoln, Ne on 9-6-25. The representatives I spoke were Garret and Meleck. They sold me on a 2020 Harley sportster. They said the sold price to me was $12k and they would give me an impressive $3k trade in on my bike. I almost made the deal that day. I decided to sleep on it. Went home to researched the bike. JD Power has it for $5800. Here's the kicker! Harely of Lincoln is advertising THAT bike , same Vin number, on their website for $7399. Thats straight robbery. Garret gave me a sales call the next day. I liked the bike so I told him $3k for my bike and $4399 cash for it, which was sticker price on thier website. He said we were at $12 and would have to talk with Maleck. Next day I called Garret, didn't want to talk, so he transfered me to "Dick." This was the name the sales representative gave me. He said they wouldn't be able to make the deal and we're going to put $3500 in upgrades. So at this time Harely couldnt make a deal. As of 9-10 the Sportster is still on their website for $7399. This is false advertising by Harely and showes thier not a company to be trusted. This left me frustrated, reconsidering Harely as my go to Motorcycle and definitely unsure about your product, services and mostly the integrity of those who work for Harely Co. I hope this can be reviewed and addressed so future interactions are handled more professionally. read more

What retail business doesn't price their display products? Parts department doesn't have prices on most of their parts. How many impulse sales does this dealership lose because you either have to look up the cost on line while browsing or wait until a parts associate is free to answer your question. Every other dealership I've ever gone to prices their parts on display and don't use the excuse that it saves them from having to reprice when they go up (lazy operation). Have been going to Omaha dealerships to buy parts lately. Keep trying to get past this but made a decision again this week to not make a $190 purchase because on top of not having a price on an item, the parts associate acknowledged my next place in line by looking at me and saying, "Yeah?". read more

This is a very nice dealership, and the staff was very friendly that we briefly interacted with. The girl that started talking to us was very friendly and provided great customer service. They have a lot of parts on clearance, and a large amount of clothes on sale. They have a nice seating area outside, and the Sunday we chose had a food truck in their parking lot. read more

The daughter went to Fontier HD to buy a used, Street 500 (just got her motorcycle license) and they wanted $799.00 in Document fees and $200 in Title fees along with $1620.45 in, Other Charges and Fees, on top of the Selling price. Just up the road in Omaha another dealership quoted me the sale price plus $299 in Doc and $20 in Title fees, this was stated up front without even having to ask, with no other hidden fees or charges, I love their honesty as opposed to Frontier. read more

I moved to Lincoln in November 2022 and had my 2013 Harley-Davidson Dyna Superglide Custom in a U-Haul storage unit until we closed on our house and then had to wait for winter to be over. When it was time to get my wife's Iron 883 and my bike out of storage, I had an electrical issue that was killing the power when I hit the starter switch. I was very pleased with my service performed by Frontier H-D. They came and trailered my bike, solved my electrical issue, did a great oil and brake service, and replaced my badly worn tires. They even detailed my bike before pickup. I highly recommend this H-D and will use them for all my needs. read more

Your dealership blew me away! Awesome setup, tons of merch and huge bike inventory. The curb appeal was impressive outside and in. Brett greeted me then Levi helped in clothing. Lisa checked me out and was super awesome and finally Nate saw me out. Each interaction was exceptional, made me feel at home and eager to return. I live about 555 miles away, but I plan to come back for sure! I was thoroughly impressed with your store and staff and have already recommended them to others. They deserve to be commended especially Nate and Lisa for their friendly customer service and genuinely made me feel cared about! Thanks Frontier HD! read more

This review is for the Service Dept. at Frontier HD only. I am not reviewing the retail (clothing) or parts department. I have a 2015 Tri Glide. I received a quote for doing the 15K mile service. Frontier quoted $700.00! The exact same 15K service at Dillon HD in Omaha was $400.00! The ONLY reason I went to Frontier was that I had a coupon to take $300.00 off the cost of service. While being serviced I was told I needed a new oil pan gasket, needed my brake fluid flushed, and needed my clutch fluid replaced. The cost for the brake fluid flush at Frontier HD was $411.26. The cost for the clutch fluid replacement was $286.09 at Frontier HD and the cost for replacing the oil pan gasket was $180.89 at Frontier HD. They figured the total hours of labor to be, 9.2 hours at $149.00 per hour. This included the 15K service. I then called Dillon HD in Omaha. I asked for a quote to do the brake fluid flush and clutch fluid replacement. The quote was $380.00 FOR BOTH! Thus it was over $300.00 LESS at Dillon HD than at Frontier HD. When I brought up the drastic price differences to the service advisor his comment was, "Go to Dillon then." I know where I'll be taking my business and it won't be Frontier HD. read more

I don't want to discredit the place entirely, not that I think my opinion has that much power at all, but if you're looking for a Harley Davidson dealership to do continued business with look elsewhere because this is not the place. If you're looking for a place to go to once and have a fantastic time experience this is your place. Your first time is great they make it memorable and everyone is friendly and talkative. But the 2nd time and every time thereafter they act like you talking to them is a hassle or helping you with questions about you're personal motorcycle and no one wants to be accommodating. Kinda feels like they just want to sell me a bike which I know is their job and I do get that, but they could at least make it seem like they want continued business. When the time comes to get another one unless something changes and they start acting like they like their customers who come in regularly I won't be going here..... Sadly read more

Frontier Harley-Davidson - Motorcycle Dealers Near Me - Lincoln, Nebraska

Walked into Harley to look around and possibly shop for stuff for my motorcycle. Not one employee greeted me or came over. I bought my motorcycle from them so it would have been nice if someone came over and said hey how are you? Or how's the bike been? Something to show respect or care for a returning customer. Just not good customer service. read more

ll frontier you have lost our business due to the insulting rude sales clerk who insists her recolation of events are true and was unable to place herself in the situation at hand which had nothing to do with her "good memory" she was mistaken this time and I left feeling as though I was called a liar and had no right in receiving the promotional gift that was apart of my purchase however I did not receive it so I had to call and have them hold one back for me. When I came to get merchandise that had been on back order I was told by the sales clerk that she asked the other sales clerk (who helped me) about it and there wasn't one held back due to her faulty memory. I will say that my memory after putting out the money we do there that I am very aware of the enactments that occur when spending hundreds of dollars and this sales clerk went above and beyond to prove me wrong. Well I'm not and it is due to your inability to satisfy and appreciate customers who are the backbone of your paychecks and not by entitlement rather depends on mutual respect and having help from a qualified personal who is paid for assisting customers. Maybe next time you could have a solution that would be a win win situation and come up with an alternative promotion or some type of action that doesn't cost the company business. Good luck and may the sales team learn some conduct methods that make them approachable to the customers they serve rather than being defensive and adamit to proving the customer is wrong. A promotional gift is earned by the buyer, this costs you nothing to allow them the prize and boost sales, so much for that I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

Frontier Harley is my local Harley Davidson dealer. The last two times I have been out there Levi has been my salesman. I just wanted to give Levi two thumbs up for his customer service, I appreciate you. The only complaint I have about frontier Harley Davison is there's not enough used bikes to choose from. I understand limited space. Customer service and cleanliness A+ Thank you read more

I've been to over 20 Harley Dealers in the last year and these people are some of the best. The clothing staff really knows their stuff and can tell you all about each item, which is important. The service department is totally top notch. Sales is also really good. I've purchased 2 Harleys from them, had a ton of service work performed and bought a lot of clothing from them. The parts staff is also excellent. They have a lot of samples, such as seats and handlebars, that you can put on a bike to try each one out. I've never seen another dealer with that level of service. The inventory is great, service is great, staff really cares and the dealer really supports the riders thru the HOG chapter. They'll let you join even if you don't ride a Harley. You won't find this level of respect and service anywhere. read more

The service department here is exceptional. It's obvious that they care and take pride in their work every task they do. Stopped in to get a shirt. They didn't know that. I walked in the door and stopped to look around. Salesman standing by the door didn't even turn around. No one gave a shit that I was there. This dealership is exceptional. I am a fairly young motorcycle enthusiast and going to dealerships around the country I am treated differently at each one because of my age. I am happy to say that this dealership treats each customer as valuable even someone as young as me. I have gone to their service center for 3 different bikes and each time I take a new bike in, no matter how dirty or damaged it is, they do a brilliant job at a decent rate and always walk me through each little detail that they do to the bike. The only issue I have ever run into at this dealership are lengthy repairs. This dealership always keeps me informed on delays, setbacks, and or ordering mishaps. In the end they do a great job but it just takes awhile sometimes. They are always friendly and even on days where I ride out to just look at future buys, the employees are always cheery and helpful. read more

This is my home dealer. Tom in parts is awesome he knows a lot and will work with you all day long. The clothes sales girls are great can be moody at times but dealing with people all day can do that to you. Mike in sales is top notch as well I took my brother in one day to pick something up for my bike Mike visted with my brother but didn't pusch him to look at bikes or anything.
