I went in to get my car battery checked. When I walked in, I found someone who worked there standing behind a counter. He was busy and never said anything when I walked up to the counter. I initiated a conversation and said hello, and he looked bothered that I was there. I told him I was there to get my car battery checked and instead of saying he could do it, he let's out a sigh, and again, apparently, I was bothering him by being in this store. I waited a couple of minutes in silence and I looked around and saw I was one of three people in the store. Given the customer service here, I can see why no one was here. Eventually, the guy behind the counter moved toward the floor and found a co worker. They talked about checking my battery, and the younger guy asked him who was going to check it. The guy behind the counter told him in a bothered way, "No, I got it. I'll do it," and he angrily picked up the tester and made his way toward me. At that point, I told them that if it was too much trouble, I would go somewhere else. They both just kind of stood there and stared at me, and then I told them not to worry about it. I left and went to Autozone and everything worked out great at Autozone. Advance Auto Parts was terrible and I'll never go back. read more
