My requested task was so simple he could have done it while on the phone, but no. I turned around and left as I didn't have all day to wait. I will make sure to take any of my car parts needs elsewhere from now on. All I wanted to do was drop off a PREPAID, already labeled UPS package (this place is a UPS drop off location). I didn't need it checked in or weighed or anything like that, it was entirely ready to go it just needed to get into the hands of UPS via one of their authorized drop off locations. No clue why I had to talk to one specific person or why it was any more complicated than handing the package to someone so they could put it in the pile that UPS would be picking up later in the day. The whole staff was snarky and not helpful.

They checked the battery and said it was fine. I told them about the brake lights and they said they'd check it out. Turns out my switch was bad and instead of having me pay to replace it they just Mcgyver'd it and it works completely fine now. I asked how much, ITS FREE! She tested my battery and clearly explained the results, walked me through every battery option along with the warranties, and explained what works best in Midwest cold weather. So I branched out looking for someone I could trust and also get a fair price. Well I searched for several days and then called 4 Brothers. I spoke with Clark about what I needed. He had an engine that would fit my Jeep. Without me asking he gave me the VIN number, mileage, compression data, and oil pressure of the used enging. Wow!! After calling 20 some yards I found someone with ethics that wasn't out to make a fast buck.. I bought the engine with about 120,000 miles on it.
