Whereupon be brought out a very heavy contraption that he mounted on the corner of the bumper and proceeded to straighten it. It took all of about 3 minutes -- and no charge at all. Zero stars for that, since credit card processing fees are considered a normal business expense that is tax deductible. Hence, they did a bit of double dipping. I did send them information and asked that they share with their accountant (who should know these things) and will hopefully convince them not to punish people for using a credit card.

The work was sub par and the final finished panels were shoddy and sloppy. When I pointed out the…read moreproblems the guy only stated that they repaired the area that was dented, instead of showing any concerns with making it right. The panel weren't painted correctly and were masked off in the wrong areas - which obviously was done by an amateur or someone who was in a hurry to "get it done fast" the edges of my fender wells are rough and sloppy looking as are the insides of the truck's bed rails. It even looks crappy when you open up the gas door. I'm working with my insurance company to see what can be done but am very disappointed with the quality. Do not take your vehicle here for repairs unless yours is already a bit junky.

I had been over to the Honda dealership which is really a rip off, the price they wanted was outrageous and I've had to wait several months anyway because of the pandemic and parts being hard to find. I just taped up my window and thought I would figure it out later. I was fortunate to come across Jeremy here at Caliber Auto Body in Lincoln City and he told me I'm pretty sure I can do this for a lot less. He was right it was quite a bit less and he is so easy to deal with. The entire shop is all about integrity and honesty. I really feel comfortable working with Jeremy, I wish he had a car repair shop because I would only go there. If only I had somewhere good to go to get my car repaired like Jeremy's shop that would be wonderful. Everyone who works there is so kind and understanding they make you feel right at home. You feel like you are dealing with friends and not people you have to be leery of. As a woman we all know how difficult it is to bring a car in for repair and hope that you are getting what you are paying for. I have only great things to say about this business and if God for bid I ever do end up in a wreck and let's hope I don't this is where I would go and I would feel safe and well taken care of. Isaac was supposed to just sand out and primer the rusts spots on my truck. He said it would take 3…read moredays. 24 days later, I was on my way to the police department, when he agreed to meet me. I finally got my truck back. Nothing had been done in the whole 24 days except there was grease All Over the inside of my cab and fabric seats. The floor and carpets were a swimming pool, the mats were thrown outside in 2 different garbage heaps, there was adhesive all over my hood, my door trim was missing, and my tailgate was off. It took me 2 days to clean it. I believe he is mentally ill. He called me many times and lied to me about 30 times. I could never get my truck back. I think he was driving it because he had no vehicle and I found wrappers and receipts in it. He ripped me off for $200. that I paid through CASH APP. I just felt lucky to get my truck back. The owner at Caliber Collision across the street had recommended 7th Lion to me. When I got my truck back I went to Caliber Collision and let him know exactly what had happened , and he said he would not be recommending him ever again. AND, I will always check YELP before I go anywhere again. What a nightmare. Oh yea, Isaac said the reason he hadn't finished my truck was because he had bugs from fly larvae under his skin. Oh cool!

During week two, he called and requested "one more day" each and EVERY day. We went to check on the pickup. Isaac had NOT cut out the a pillar. The entire interior of the cab was removed. Whatever he was "doing" wasn't in the written scope of work. We took the pickup, back.
