Zero stars for that, since credit card processing fees are considered a normal business expense that is tax deductible. Hence, they did a bit of double dipping. I have nothing but great things to say about Main Auto Body which is now called Caliber Auto Body…read more I brought my Honda in here because my window was not going up or down any longer. The mechanical part was no longer working. I had been over to the Honda dealership which is really a rip off, the price they wanted was outrageous and I've had to wait several months anyway because of the pandemic and parts being hard to find. I just taped up my window and thought I would figure it out later. I was fortunate to come across Jeremy here at Caliber Auto Body in Lincoln City and he told me I'm pretty sure I can do this for a lot less. He was right it was quite a bit less and he is so easy to deal with. The entire shop is all about integrity and honesty. I really feel comfortable working with Jeremy, I wish he had a car repair shop because I would only go there. If only I had somewhere good to go to get my car repaired like Jeremy's shop that would be wonderful. Everyone who works there is so kind and understanding they make you feel right at home. You feel like you are dealing with friends and not people you have to be leery of. As a woman we all know how difficult it is to bring a car in for repair and hope that you are getting what you are paying for. I have only great things to say about this business and if God for bid I ever do end up in a wreck and let's hope I don't this is where I would go and I would feel safe and well taken care of. It's obvious by all the five star reviews that they treat everyone like this and anyone who has a problem there well it's them not the car place. I don't look forward to another car problem but if I do have one at least I know where to go and I will be at ease coming here.

But this car is otherwise in great shape, low miles, and a manual (which isn't easy to find anymore). Isaac actually took the time to talk through what I wanted (a safe, functional car) and what I didn't need (cosmetic details like a perfect paint match). I guess everywhere else just assumed I'd be horrified to drive a car with two different styles of headlights, but what can I say? I'm just not that fussy. Isaac found affordable parts to make it all possible on a tight budget. His quote was significantly less than everyone else, and he went above and beyond to help me get back on the road. I couldn't recommend 7th Lion enough.
