Dr. Kung is also super friendly! I applaud his ability to remember everything I say to him during my last appointment. I have pretty terrible memory myself, so I am always extremely impressed whenever he asks me about something I told him in the past. He is extremely personable and leaves a lasting impression considering patients don't talk with the dentist for too long during the cleaning appointment. I also got my wisdom teeth pulled not too long ago. I was just given some anesthesia. It was quick & easy! I was prescribed antibiotics and really did not need any painkillers because recovery was not bad at all. Even got a phone call from Dr. Kung checking how I was doing. Sorry I missed your call, Dr. Kung! I still listened to the voicemail haha. Highly recommend this place for your dental hygiene!

Dr. Lo is one of those people. A natural educator in a dental scrubs, Dr. Lo took the time to explain common misconceptions about dental hygiene with kindness and zeal. Like I said, I've never felt more excited about flossing and brushing. I took advantage of a new patient promotion for the office and am so glad that I did. The staff are welcoming and take the time to answer questions. I was not upsold on any service. From what I could tell, this dental office is more interested in giving patients what they actually need and does not try to sell products or procedures that are not necessary. It sounds like they offer a membership for self-pay patients as well that would offest the cost for those who are underinsured as well. Happy with the discovery of this dentist. Well worth the drive from Denton.

The process lacked the level of professionalism and customer service we'd experienced in the past, making what should have been a simple task far more difficult than it needed to be. Our experience did not improve once we arrived. Nicole was unprofessional from the moment we met her and remained that way throughout our entire visit. Her demeanor was unfriendly, and her interactions with us lacked the courtesy, respect, and professionalism that every patient deserves. Rather than making us feel welcomed or valued, she made the entire experience uncomfortable and unpleasant. Overall, the quality of patient care fell well below expectations.

I don t like going to any dentist. When I came down to TX & this area I interviewed my dentists…read morebefore I started using them as a dentist. My dentist in my hometown had been so good but he passed away. The current dentist doesn't do much of the work but his hygienist does. The previous one I had only worked one or two days a week and it took a while to get in to her and if I had to cancel I might have to wait 6 months to get into her again. So I have a new hygienist and I really like her! Don't ask me her name, I can't remember her name. She's been doing dental hygiene for 37 years I think she said. I told her there's NO WAY. She doesn't look old enough. But she says she is, she has 3 boys and is getting close to retirement age. I go in every 3 months because I have an auto immune disease they need to watch and treat. This time they did a deep cleaning which I was really worried about how painful it would be. The hygienist numbed the section of my mouth first. Then Dr Crandall came in and gave me several shots on that side in my gum. It all turned out very well. They've done the bottom front of my teeth and I have another appointment scheduled for more. Let this be a lesson to all of you younger then us 60-70 somethings. We weren't taught about flossing or using a "WaterPik" of some kind. I try to get used to it but I just haven't managed it. If you don't brush or floss or use a water pik get up to speed. You're only hurting yourself in the long run.

The next day I called the dentist somewhere else and there's no time to see me, but he recommended Dr. Jang and I made an appointment with him right away, he wanted to see me even though it was a lunch break. The reason people come to the doctors office not only to remove the pain, also to feel safe, and at ease from all the extreme concerns. He checked all my teeth with taking Xray and doing various exams. Even though I looked so ugly as if filming ' Mr. Bean', opening my mouth twitching, showing inside my mouth, drooling water in front of dental hygienists, doctors assistants, and the doctor with Medical Surgical Dental Headband Binocular Loupes with Head Light 2.5x, I've been relieved because he said "your problems not a big deal. You'd make an appointment next Monday early in the morning, and today I will give you a prescription with tyrenol". On Monday I got all the treatments he mentioned and am fully restored, clean and fresh, no pain, no worries. He is young like summer grapes, green, flawless, fresh in field of Texas. I hope he become a precious wine that could be served to the Highest God.
