This is where you get your tickets to the Jennie Wade House tour. It is brightly lit, clean, its…read morestaff friendly, and packed with the usual tchotchkes one finds around Gettysburg. We were there in mid-October, and so the store was full of Halloween-themed items. Ironically, the tour is exclusively No Ghosts, so the closest you'll get to Jennie Wade's haunted history is a disturbingly cute stuffed doll of the woman half-hidden in a display toward the front of the store. If you are headed for the JWH, it's something you'll see anyway, but there's little to pull you in that you can't find elsewhere on the strip. That said, Wade's story is an important part of Gettysburg's history, so you should consider it over some of the more touristy options and support the local business.

What an amazing experience! My wife and I were visiting Gettysburg and just happened to stop by…read morethis lovely little shop. My wife described it as "a menagerie of everything her". The sales staff went above and beyond in assisting us. There's a wide selection of items to choose from-a bit of organized chaos for me but that's a personality critique of myself, perhaps. The prices are affordable; we purchased 5 items of clothing for around $250.00, including Fall outerwear. The clothing seems to be well made for the price; they provided adequate space for trying on clothing; afforded multiple size and style options; and the customer service was outstanding. We will definitely be repeat customers!

We each bought one of their stunning Haitian metal art works, all the more pleased because part of the money goes to these amazing Haitian artists and the nonprofit that supports them. These are beautifully designed glass containers to which you add what's necessary for them to burn as candles but with virtually no fragrance.
