They worked closely with me to help bring my vision to life, creating gorgeous flower beds, charming pathways and entry areas, retaining walls with beautiful capstones around my deck and patio, and a fantastic fire pit area for entertaining. They also helped solve a backyard drainage issue by rerouting my sump pump discharge to the front yard, planted beautiful low-maintenance annuals that I was able to choose myself, and finished everything with mulch and clean live edging. Don and his crew were hardworking, flexible, reliable, and showed up early every day. They prioritized my project at the start of the season, which I really appreciated. From the ground you could see a lot of debris sticking out, so we knew they were in bad shape. Called Steve to see if I could get on the schedule, he came out the next morning to give me an estimate. He was estimating the rest of the day but said he could get me on the schedule the following day. He would call later that afternoon to give me a time. He called early afternoon and said he just heard the weather report and that it may rain overnight. He had time that afternoon and would be happy to come over and take care of it himself. Showed up about 15 minutes later and got to work. He took out 4 garbage backs worth of gunk, cleaned up my yard and my neighbors, leaving it spotless. It didn't rain that night but it did the following day. He called to make sure things were draining ok and said if we had any issues he'd come back to take care of it. As far as I can tell things are draining great. Needless to say, we'll be using Steve and his crew any time we need work done. Given that we have a couple of big trees near the house means 1-2 times a year. But well worth it.
