Note, there were more people on the train as we headed back around 4:00, but still enough seats for everyone to sit. Note, be sure to have your ticket available to be checked once the train moves!

I wish it had a way to park for an hour, because when I pick up Lee from here (to head some place over in this area) there isn't a really good explanation for where short-term parking is. Coming from NYC when you get off you have a bunch of taxi's waiting to take you home. There's bike parking and places to park your scooters. The parking lot is on the going to NYC side. There is a tunnel under the train to get you from one side to the other. The ticket dispenser is on the parking lot side. Late at night when i'm coming home from the city i will see a lady sitting inside sleeping. My friend says she's a local person and she's homeless. But she never seems to bother anybody, so i guess they leave her alone.

The third time Steve never arrived for a trip to Newark International Airport and I missed a trip to Mexico. I called Chatsworth taxi and confirmed with Steve twice. Never showed. In the past Chatsworth Taxi was excellent and I used the company many times. However when Bhadresh left and Steve took over the service was absolutely terrible. Never use this company. It is completely unreliable.

It slowed down when going up hills. When we called--from France--to confirm our trip home from the airport, they told us the car we previously had reserved "actually won't be the right size for your group so we'll have to charge you more for a larger car" even though they made the mistake. When we refused to pay $100 more for a larger car, they cancelled our reservation, leaving us without a car from the airport the next day We were customers for over 15 years and had TWO cards on file. They don't care about their customers and have nasty cars.

Two and three word email responses from the owner led to either a miscommunication or deceit. Quite simply, I requested a roundtrip quote (home to airport with return). When being dropped at the airport, I was horrifically surprised when they told me the quoted price was each way. Sadly, the start of my vacation was spent standing in the road at the Newark airport drop-off, arguing for ten minutes on the phone with the business owner. He attempted to compromise, but it wasn't enough. A week before my trip, I emailed the owner for a clarification of their charge, asking, "do you collect half each way?" His response was, "yes, we do". I can't ever use or recommend this service again. The owner should learn to write clear emails and utilize formal price quotes like other car services. I ended up riding home at the end of my trip in a much nicer Cadillac Escalade with a different business!

Anyway, I've used Arrow 1 for my airport pick ups and transfers in NJ and NY. They're friendly and professional. Even with airplane delays, they are right on time; and waiting at the airport. I have more airport transfers I need to schedule and will definitely be using them!
