Love Arrow 1! They're great! If you're looking at the reviews, look at the recent one, and not the ones from 10+ years ago. Anyway, I've used Arrow 1 for my airport pick ups and transfers in NJ and NY. They're friendly and professional. Even with airplane delays, they are right on time; and waiting at the airport. I have more airport transfers I need to schedule and will definitely be using them! read more

The app is terrible the dispatch is no help! We need another taxi service in the area that is reliable! The app tells you one minute takes your money and never comes. The app doesn't allow you to see how far the taxi is or if it's even coming! Once I called dispatch it went from one minute when I ordered it to 25 minutes and I'm still waiting! read more

Arrow taxi took me with my wheelchair with no problem. The driver was very nice and helpful. I will definitely use them again.

I was so impressed!!! Used them years ago. The cars were clean, the staff was friendly snd helpful and our pick ups and drop offs were seamless and punctual! read more

Reserved a car. Got a confirmation it was booked. After a no show for 15 minutes called and was told he ha no cors. WHY CONFIRM IF YOU HAVE NO CARS read more

Prompt, very clean car, pleasant professional driver and reasonable rates (rode from White Plains to Mount Vernon). Will use them again.

price is fucking crazy now for it's professionalism. $9 ride when other taxi services charge me $6 or $7 not to mention not as friendly.

Did not show up to take us to the airport, kept saying the taxi was 4 minutes away. Totally unreliable despite my booking well in advance and confirming the night before. read more

I have been using Arrow for three years. They always track my flights coming and going out of HPN. They have NEVER let me down even with very late delayed flights. I cannot say enough good things about them. I highly recommend this company if you want to confident if getting to your destination going to or coming from Westchester County Airport. read more

Very dependable and reasonable On time picking up at the airport and as well as picking up at home address read more

Excellent service! Had to get to a gig in White Plains. Called earlier in the day and the cab was waiting for me when I got off Metro North. Heading back to train I had to change the pick up time several times due to some unforeseen issues. No attitude from the dispatcher, and when I missed one driver who waited for too long they quickly sent another car. Will definitely use this service again in the future. read more

There is nothing wrong with this taxi service. If I call, the taxi is outside my door in less than 5 minutes. Everything is followed up with a message to your phone. Drivers are very nice and pleasant. This is my "go to" taxi! read more

Took Arrow Taxi from downtown White Plains to HPN. Was able to reserve a day in advance, was quoted a fair price (less than Uber), car arrived on time and was clean and relatively new. Smooth ride, excellent service. I would use it again. read more

The driver was on time and very nice! We made a reservation the night before and immediately got a text for the appointment and a text saying that he had arrived, that was very nice knowing that he was there read more

I would give zero stars in I could. our flight was delayed coming home and we called him 3 hours ahead to schedule a ride from the airport to our car. he said no problem-just call when you get in. we got in, called and we're told he had no cars available. very infuriating, especially after a long and frustrating day of travel. read more

I just called Arrow Taxi at 8:39 pm to go 2.8 miles after having used them MULTIPLE TIMES! And each time the fare was $8.00 and I ALWAYS gave the driver at least $16.00! That's a 100% tip! Tonight a Driver in cab 173 picked me up and when I told him where I was going (Home) this Clown said, "I don't like going out there!" Obviously, I was astonished as he was A CAB DRIVER! After he said that I asked, " What if you were asked to do an Airport run (which is big money), and he stated that he likes to be local!! WHAT CAB DRIVER SAYS THIS ISH???? ARROW is a great Cab Company BUT when you call make sure you don't get CAB 173!!! read more

Oh I wish I could rate them 0 stars they are so unprofessional never pick you up on time, really disrespectful, one of the drivers was speaking Spanish on the phone about be , the other one yelled at me because he asked me to put my addres on my phone and give him my phone so I can follow the directions because he's phone wasn't working , and when I said no you can't use my phone , you need to have the addres on the app he yelled at me and said how you don't know your addres where are you going !! Stay away from them !! read more

excellent service, price was fair less than a Uber . The car was new # 303 and driver very kind I would use it again

Was waiting 25 minutes at the airport for a taxi that was supposed to track my flight. When finally picked up the driver took me completely out of my way to get home read more

Awful. Driver wouldn't turn on his meter and wanted to over charge us. We had to call dispatch to get proper price. They charge a night fee and a per person fee. There was only two of us, you shouldn't charge extra for 2 people! The driver was very rude and an erratic driver. Doing 65-70 on the Bronx river parkway which is very curvy and the speed limit is 40. His gas light is also on so hopefully we make it. My seatbelt does work. The car does not smell clean. Don't bother with this company. Take MNR or pay the extra for Uber. At least you'll be safe and not have to worry. This was taxi #123. never again! read more

I booked a round trip from White Plains to LGA and the return from LGA. No problem getting me to the airport but when I returned to LGA I got a call from the dispatcher just as I landed that they didn't have anyone to pick me up. "Everyone went home" said the dispatcher." What is this, a hobby? This was midnight on a Sunday and I was stuck at LGA waiting for a cab for a long time. read more

on january 29, 2021, at approximately 5:40pm my daughter took arrow taxi, to the bank and pharmacy when she arrived at the cvs pharmacy and paid with her bank card, the driver said it didn't go through and demanded payment. my daughter showed the drive that the payment went through. on her bank app. the driver refuse to give my daughter back her bank card and called the police on her. my daughter only rides with arrow taxi. especially with everything going on with the police killing innocent people. my daughter had a panic attack, when she saw the police. this is how arrow taxi treats their loyal regular customers! she will never ride with them again read more

On time, priced competitively snd courteous drivers. I have been using Arrow for a while and have never been disappointed by their service.

A driver( WHOS SIDE MIRROR WAS MISSING) hit my side mirror and kept driving. When I called the company to get information from them they hung up on me and I continued to call. They gave me a first name and hung up so I had to call back for a last name. ( they were to busy to deal with me?)They were aware their driver was driving without a side mirror but weren't gonna do anything about it. I called WP Police and made a report. Never use this company for personal use but this experience was awful. read more

Laughable excuse for a taxi in 2017. They charge you ten dollars more if you use credit card. They do take credit card bc they have Square...at headquarters. You read that right. This company is too cheap to give each driver Square, so I had to read my credit card number over the phone. Never again. read more

So I probably am the most gullible customer yet. I actually explained to the dispatcher AFTER having issues with my service that I have been TRYING to give them business. As a business owner, I rely on taxi services to bring clients to and from the train station to my business. On three separate occasions now, I have had abysmal service from this company. After being told they couldn't send a cab to the station to pick me up because the 5 minutes it would take me to bring the train from Valhalla to North White was considered a reservation, I arrived at my place of business and explained to the driver I needed to get cash for him from inside. He made me leave my $1800 computer as collateral for the 15 foot walk it took to get him cash. The dispatcher then told me he remembered me having issues with Arrow, and said the driver should have charged me up front for the ride. And, that he remembered the other occasions which I had issues and said I shouldn't call back anymore. Thank you Arrow. read more

Arrow One taxi is both unprofessional and unreliable. We had ordered a car from them 3 days in advance. We confirmed the night before, and a couple hours before the pick up. We called the dispatcher when the cab was a couple minutes late, and he promised me that the cab driver was on the way and will be there in a couple minutes. After 10 minutes, I tried to call the dispatcher again, and he ignored my phone call. So, we called an uber and the driver came within 5 minutes to white plains. At the end of the day, I would not trust Arrow One. I am disappointed in how the dispatcher handled the situation, and how they expected us to wait when the driver came 30 minutes after the scheduled pick up when we had a flight. Be caution before ordering a cab from them. read more

I was at the Metro North White Plains stop.We asked this driver to take us to our destination. He stated " I don't know where that is" I told him, I have it on gps.He said "I am waiting on someone" which was a LiE He was waiting on the next "white group" to take. Arrow 1 Taxi - Taxis Near Me - White Plains, New York

Life isn't perfect, but the experience with Arrow Taxi to & from Westchester airport was excellent. On the return trip I called several hours before my flight to White Plains requested a taxi and provided the airline and flight number and arrival time. Upon arrival the driver called my cell and told me his location in the airport, a limousine service couldn't do better. Friendly driver and prompt service. I used Arrow previously and had a similar experience. Very satisfied. RM read more

Of all the cab services in WP Arrow is definitely the best. Their drivers are very punctual and friendly. I have called them when I am crunched on time and they arrive as promised. Five stars Arrow!! read more

I have taken other taxi services and Arrow is the Best! So accommodating, text you when the taxi is enroute, and arrives, driver gives you his name and I have nothing but great prices even to the Bronx. I was using another service but now I have gotten to know the dispatcher and once you have a good relationship, and good service, I refer as much as possible. Angelo is the best! Dressed like I was in a Limo, helped with packages and luggage and we talked all the way back. Not all are talkers but ask for him and you may even get your car door opened! I always bring cash as I unfortunately know about their service charge for CC's but always get a receipt. Sorry to see those who have had bad experiences but so far, they are #1 in my book. read more

Today I had two great taxi drivers and they were both very friendly and nice to me car 75 kick me to the City Center and car 81 pick me up from city center and brought me home and he also helped me to my apartment door. These are two of the nicest drivers plus Angel who have been so nice to me. read more

Irresponsible and uncaring. I preordered a cab for pick up at JFK and received a confirmation text. No one showed and when I called they indicated they had no order. They could not explain my confirmation text and hurried me off the phone. I checked the app and it indicated they cancelled my reservation- no reason for the cancellation and, most importantly, no notification that it was cancelled. Do yourself a favor and call Uber or Lyft so you know your ride will come read more

I called and ask for 2 trips and they said it was ok. When the cab got here I told the driver again and he said no. He was only taking me to my 2nd destination because he isn't my personal chauffeur and it'll cost more that way. He was really arguing with a customer back and forth. He was also calling out his company because all they do is sit on their asses all they (his words not mine). I was shocked and pretty upset. Of course I know i would be charged for 2 trips, and if his dumbass doesn't want to do 2 trips, then simply don't work for a cab company. He chastised me like I was a young dumb kid. He needs to chill out and learn to speak to people. His cab was 141 read more

Unreliable!!! Arranged for Arrow taxi of White Plains to pick me and my family at Westchester county airport for drop off in White plains. Should b an easy job for a White Plains taxi company but not the case for Arrow taxi. The driver they sent drove right past us and picked up someone else b4 I could get him. A call to Arrow yield lots of sorry's but no results only lame stories. First they were sending a new car, then they claim that car broke down so the original taxi was coming back. After 60 minutes still no car from Arrow. I called a different cab company. Don't rely Arrow taxi they are not reliable! Thankfully I was arriving to westchester airport and not departing bc I'd be suing them for a missed flight! read more

WTF. I called for a cab and the operator told me 10 minutes (because they won't take a reservation for 15 min, I could have called back). Since I didn't want to miss the train I said OK and I hurried. I had to call back twice because he was lost...really?! a cab lost in their own city!?, and it took 20 minutes. By that point, I'd missed the train and said I had to go to another station for the same amount. My mistake...the operator put me on with the manager who told me it was my fault, I should have called 30 min in advance, it's not his fault the driver got lost and that his operator told me 10 min. If she had said 20 I would have made other arrangements. I will not be calling them again. read more

Extremely unreliable! Don't order a cab from them if you're planning to catch a train/flight.

Terrible and dangerous company. The driver could not find his way, missed exits and even came to a complete stop on a major highway with cars roaring by at 70 MPH! I was scared to death. Because the driver was so incompetent I ended up missing my flight. When I complained to the "manager" he told me to call the police if I had a problem, which is the same thing other reviewers have said. stay as far away as you can from Arrow 1 Taxi!!! read more
