Some companies wont offer to scrape off the surface texture and just apply the wallpaper for it to fall off eventually. But, Eduard got it done the right way & professionally. He scraped off the texture of my ceiling so the wallpaper will stay sturdy. Let it sit for an hour to dry out before installing the wallpaper. He gv me the idea of how long it will take in advanced. He knows exactly what to do. He was on time and he was equipped with everything he needed to get the job done. My husband and I are beyond impressed. The ceiling is 9ft tall and the closet is not very big. Eduard and his team nailed this out of the park! I cannot stop looking at it! It's gorgeous! Karen heard some of the thoughts and ideas we are considering and immediately knew where to go in their inventory to show us samples of wallpapers we might like and even knew where inside the book of samples to turn to in order to find the sample she was wanting to show us. She was a joy to work with and really knew her stuff about the quality and value of the different qualities of designs and wallpapers that we are considering. We have not necessarily decided to go with them just yet, as we are awaiting our estimate, because apparently only one person there can give out pricing and Karen is not that person, but she was a delight to work with nonethelessless.
