Great experience with Karen at this store. We came in because we are considering wallpaper for one of the walls in a room we are updating for the granddaughters in our life. Karen heard some of the thoughts and ideas we are considering and immediately knew where to go in their inventory to show us samples of wallpapers we might like and even knew where inside the book of samples to turn to in order to find the sample she was wanting to show us. She was a joy to work with and really knew her stuff about the quality and value of the different qualities of designs and wallpapers that we are considering. We have not necessarily decided to go with them just yet, as we are awaiting our estimate, because apparently only one person there can give out pricing and Karen is not that person, but she was a delight to work with nonethelessless. read more

I purchased my paper 5 months before it got installed but I needed one more roll than I thought, and wanted an extra on hand just in case. Turns out I only used 3 so I was able to return the extra. They came from two lots so the sales person helped me revise a plan how to make two die lots work. It became a moot point but I really appreciated their guidance. One thing to know is that they have a 30 day return policy so keep that in mind for your timeline. PS their selection is wonderful! read more

We were recommended to Wallpapers Galore through several neighbors in my neighborhood. We had several rooms we wanted designed and needed our walls sanded down due to the texture. The staff at WG did a fabulous job finding us quality material at a good cost, they worked fast and followed up for several weeks after to make sure we were still happy! The customer service and the wallpaper hanging job is just as my friends raved about! We would recommend the staff at WG to anyone! Also, the store is really cool - I highly recommend going there for an in-person consultation, you get to see way more of their selection samples than they can bring in-person (can see pictures though). read more

Horrible experience. I can't believe that I'm actually going to recommend buying a product online vs supporting a small business but I had the worst experience with this business. The only bright spot was working with Mel to pick out my wallpaper! She was so great and made the entire process of picking out wallpaper so easy that I promised to return to buy shades and drapes. She was THAT wonderful! BUT THEN....I had to leave my order with Stacy who ordered the wrong amount of wallpaper and I had to put off installation even though I had booked my guy months in advance. I get it that mistakes happen but she had a horrible, accusatory, demeaning attitude and I literally had to walk away from the conversation because she was so rude. Zero customer service! I asked to speak to the owner who did call but it was the owner's daughter and she said she would have the wallpaper flown in for delivery by lunch. So I rescheduled my installer based on this info and guess what? No wallpaper by noon. I get it - they didn't want to pay the extra charges but don't commit to something if you can't follow through. Note - not all of my wallpaper was flown in that day and I, the customer, had to follow up to check on the status of the rest of my order. I gave them ample time to reach out to me - 7 days! Finally, on the 7th day, I checked in to see where the rest of my order was and asked to speak to the owner bc I was upset with the lack of customer service. I was spending 1200.00 on wallpaper and I was chasing them around for info! I asked for a discount and was told they would cover the air charges. That's it. It was their mistake and they acted as if they were doing ME a favor by covering the air freight. So when the allusive wallpaper finally came in, MY INSTALLER called me to tell me it had arrived. They called HIM to see if he could pick it up instead of calling me. What?!!?!! Bottom line. It's chaotic. Horrible experience. Zero customer svc. Do yourself a favor. Order it online and save yourself the hassle. read more

I came in to find wallpaper for a simple bathroom job, but I unfortunately found out that this store is basically useless and sells wallpaper for a far higher price than their internet competitors. After being directed by a store employee towards a specific wallpaper selection that was supposedly available for purchase, I specifically requested both the price and confirmation that the wallpaper was in stock. Our salesperson unfortunately either lied to us or was severely mistaken, as she provided an incorrect quote (actual price being 25% higher) and an assurance that the wallpaper was in stock. We soon thereafter placed the order, and found out the real price, which we did not contest at the time as we were assured again that the wallpaper would be available in a week or two. One week later, we get a call from another salesperson saying that the wallpaper was actually on backorder, and would not be available for another *3 months*, which is when we cancelled our order. The only benefit from this whole experience is that I found out you can find the same wallpaper they sell at Wallpapers Galore for far cheaper online, which is what we ultimately decided to do. While we thought using a local store would be easier and more convenient, I would definitely recommend prospective customer to avoid the hassle and simply shop online. read more

Sandra and the Wallpaper Galore crew are the BEST!---Sandra was such a great help to me in picking out just the right window treatment! She kept me informed on the arrival of the items. And when one item arrived damaged due to shipment, she immediately took care of the problem. Her install skills---are excellent, and leaves the house cleaner than when she arrived. I really appreciated her patience as she walked me through how to use the motorized blinds. She is very knowledgable. But if she can't figure something out she immediately gets on the phone with the product's customer service for clarification. In May of 2018 I ordered wallpaper and used a wallpaper man named Roy they recommended. After installing there were bumps and lumps because he didn't prep the walls. Wallpapers Galore told me they would have the installer repair and redo the paper after seeing all of my pictures of the problems. They said he would pay for the new rolls of paper and repair the mistakes. Wallpapers Galore then ordered the paper and didn't order the same dye lot of paper and the colors were different and off. We paid $2,700.00 for wallpaper and a horrible job.We had to tear have all wallpaper torn down, walls prepped and order new paper. Mel the manager told us they would have the wallpaper company pay for second round of paper because the second paper they ordered was not the right lot. It is now Sept. 11. Mel at wallpapers Galore wants me to pay for the paper that they said the first wallpaper hanger had paid for !! They didn't get the money from the wallpaper man after telling me he would be paying for it and that I would have to reorder and pay for all the second go round of paper again. Four months later I am starting over paying for everything. I have to eat $2,700.00 of nothing and start again. I would never recommend these people or the people they recommend to hang paper. They are not honest. Beware! read more
