Some companies wont offer to scrape off the surface texture and just apply the wallpaper for it to fall off eventually. But, Eduard got it done the right way & professionally. He scraped off the texture of my ceiling so the wallpaper will stay sturdy. Let it sit for an hour to dry out before installing the wallpaper. He gv me the idea of how long it will take in advanced. He knows exactly what to do. He was on time and he was equipped with everything he needed to get the job done. My husband and I are beyond impressed. I ordered some beautiful wallpaper and the store in Dallas was great helping me get samples…read more Unfortunately, when the paper hanger began to lay things out, all 6 rolls did not match on the edges. We called on a Tuesday morning and were instructed to send pictures, which we did immediately and were assured new rolls would be expedited out. On Friday I called to see when to expect the rolls and discovered that my email was never even opened, and the reorder was not even approved yet. The person was very rude. I asked him when I could expect the rolls, and he said no shipping on the weekend so next week Thursday. It is Friday and he did not offer to ship it out today. Great products and store, poor customer service in shipping and handling.
