We hired this company for two projects back in 2020, and the work was excellent--everything was perfect. However, things have really changed. We reached out to the owner for a wall repair, and this time, she kept dropping the ball. We had to constantly chase her for responses since early December, and even then, communication was inconsistent. She promised to do the work on a specific day in early January, but she never contacted for address or invoice, and of course never showed up on the scheduled date and time and completely ghosted us--no calls, no messages, no responses and did not pick up the phone, until it was the exact hour, she finally responded saying she was sick and all that and wouldn't come today, but she never cared to even ask for the address or knowing which returning customer i am, which means she was never planned to come since December. To make matters worse, my tenant rearranged their schedule and stayed home for absolutely no reason and now being very upset. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional! read more
