We hired this company for two projects back in 2020, and the work was excellent--everything was perfect. However, things have really changed. We reached out to the owner for a wall repair, and this time, she kept dropping the ball. We had to constantly chase her for responses since early December, and even then, communication was inconsistent. She promised to do the work on a specific day in early January, but she never contacted for address or invoice, and of course never showed up on the scheduled date and time and completely ghosted us--no calls, no messages, no responses and did not pick up the phone, until it was the exact hour, she finally responded saying she was sick and all that and wouldn't come today, but she never cared to even ask for the address or knowing which returning customer i am, which means she was never planned to come since December. To make matters worse, my tenant rearranged their schedule and stayed home for absolutely no reason and now being very upset. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional! read more

We are so pleased with the painting job they did and thrilled to have found Melissa. Communication was quick. Quote was easy and accurate. Arrived and worked when promised and finished early! They painted our living room, dining room, entry way, hallway, guest room, and master bedroom. The lines are straight and there's no paint on the ceilings or floors. We definitely plan to contact Melissa for our next project instead of trying to do it ourselves, it taking lots of nights and weekends, and making lots of mistakes. read more

Called them and asked to get a drywall repair estimate. It states on their website that is something they do. She stated they are not doing that type of work right now? If you advertise you do a type of work then why this response? read more

M and M Custom Paint did an incredible job painting the exterior of our house. They were professional and mindful of getting the work done in a timely manner, even working late into the evening. The overall cost was extremely reasonable, and they quote was what we paid. They didn't change the cost at any point. I had got a quote from another painter that was three times more. I'm glad I chose M and M Custom Paint. The paint job looks fantastic and we didn't pay out the nose! read more
