My insurance company could not find me a rental car so I was left ARGH In the wrong state, when the general manager arranged for me to borrow one of their used cars for a week! While all my craziness was going on, I saw the staff being both kind and patient with a frightened, elderly person who said their extended family was out of town. I didn't hear the end of that, but the basic decency of the folks there won me over. I had a dust-up with a deer this summer--first ever in decades of Midwest living--and I guarantee you Jordan Toyota will get my business. My Toyota is a tank, still driving despite Hello, Deer, and the parts LAST.

The service department is truly terrible. I had by 2022 Ram TRX serviced hear through warranty…read more They replaced the front control arm and did an alignment via approved service through my extended warranty. It took them over a week to fix (it's a 3 hours job). The alignment was botched and the steering wheel was not straight when it was returned to me. When I called them back to correct the issue, the service advisor informed me I can certainly bring the truck back... but they intend to KEEP the truck until my previous bill was paid by my warranty company. Shocked, I called the warranty company to see what was going on. They told me the dealer would not accept their payment due to having to run it through through a credit card service (100% of 3rd party warranties do this with 0 problems at other dealers). Apparently, Tyler did not want to pay the 3% fee for the transaction. Why this was not added to the cost (to me) I will never know. But Tyler would not accept payment and told me they would KEEP my truck until I PAID the full bill (I had already paid the deductible upon completion of the service that day). I wrote to the Service Manager with this problem, hoping to find a solution that worked for everyone. No reply. I emailed the General Manager. No reply. I then emailed Scott Tyler directly to tell him how his customer was being treated, because if it was my business, I would certainly want to know. No reply. I told them all in my email that I was reaching out to correct the issue in order to not have to do what I am doing today, which is share negative feedback with all social media and RamCares. Since there was nothing after several weeks of trying, here we are. And my steering wheel is still crooked, which I will now have to pay someone else to fix. Horrible service, incompetent employees, management, AND ownership. Take your money elsewhere so you don't have the same experience.

I can attest to all the glowing comments I have heard about Jordan Ford! When my husband and I…read moremoved to South Bend five years ago, we purchased a Ford Edge from Jordan Ford upon the recommendation of family members and friends here, and we were never sorry. Now, after the death of my husband, I decided it was time to downsize and purchase a new vehicle. Because of past experiences, I never thought of looking anyplace other than Jordan. The day I walked in to "look around," I met Dave Rose and the rest is history! I instantly knew I was in good hands. Dave was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions without ever making me feel pressured in any way. We went for a test drive, and the next day I took possession of my new Ford Ecosport! My experiences with Paul Hodge in finance and Ayden Richer, the delivery specialist, were very helpful and most pleasant. I would highly recommend Jordan Ford without reservation!

We had the talk prior to going to the dealership that if we couldn't get a new vehicle on our terms, we were not buying a new car. Little did we know, we had nothing to worry about! Matt Hart helped us find our perfect match. He listened to all our wants and needs and presented us with a Jeep that checked all the boxes and then some! He made sure that our terms were met as far as the financial side as well. We've purchased many cars over the years and have never had such an awesome experience as we did with Matt. He was the most honest person I've ever dealt with in the industry. If you're in the market, I strongly suggest you ask for Matt. I promise you'll leave as happy as we did! We will be purchasing all our future vehicles from him - I can promise you that!

Shady Business Alert:…read more Do NOT go to this dealer. They are scammers. We took our Certified Pre-Owned Ram Truck with extended warranty there to have the lifters replaced because the engine stated ticking. According to Ram Dodge Warranty Service direct from Dodge Inc this IS COVERED. BUT, According to this dealers service department it isn't. They also stated that some ticking is "normal". Its never ticked before in the 4+ years we've had it. So then the Service Department tells us they can "charge" us for a diagnostic test and if we want the lifters replaced they can give us a quote on what that'll cost. Its under warranty Its covered! It should NOT cost more! Crooked Crooked Shady Shysters. They deserve a -5 star review.

Everyone at Basney from…read moreChris Egan, to both of the Chad's are super friendly, helpful, honest, funny and they beat the snot out of any Chicagoland dealer. No games and total honesty are rare in this industry but Basney BMW does both. Never tried to upsell, didn't try to hide any fees, just total transparency. After working out the details remotely, I took a train ride to South Bend and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I have purchased a lot of cars and this was the easiest deal ever. I have to say that even including my train ride and the drive back I can almost guarantee that I still saved time versus the time it would have taken negotiating with the dealers in the Chicagoland area...and the train ride was pleasant to boot. Anyways, if you are within a day or two drive, I think it is well worth it to shop Basney BMW. You will not be disappointed with how you are treated. I am sure I will be a return customer too.
