They put the bean sprouts directly in the soup for you before they bring it out to you. I don't like my bean sprout fully cook and soggy. Also where the is the lime? Did they squeeze the lime in it for me too? Where are the basils? Meatballs? The taste of the broth is subjective, these guys went with a flavourful herbal taste instead of the strong beef taste. The Bun Bo Hue's broth was ok. Once again it was very small just like the Pho. Missing a lot of key ingredient again. The atmosphear was good.
