I ended up selecting peach, and it was amazing. The peaches were perfectly caramelized but still maintained their texture. The bake of the pie brought out their ultimate peachiness. The crust was just the right thickness. Even though it was a cold slice, the crust remained flakey. The cafe had ample seating. Service was attentive, but not overbearing. Pricing is on the high end, but I'm not sure how much that is because food is so expensive now-a-days. I was a bit surprised to see sandwich combos (with a side) all starting at around $20, and going up from there. It was after 2 in the afternoon, so the bakery had several 50% off boxes of baked goods to select. Four large cookies for I believe $12 or so (I could be wrong). But what you will get is coffee that you can smell from a mile away and a flavor that doesn't need any extra "stuff" to add complexity. Plus he sells coffee ground to your specifications (i.e. if you want coffee for a french press, a drip coffee machine or an expresso, or just want the beans). Did I mention that he makes each cup to order. Yup folks, when you ask for a coffee, he makes you a cuppa on a "pour over" coffee contraption while explaining his signature blend. What more could you ask for?

It was absolutely delicious! The bagels were super soft with a nice crust on the outside. The cream cheese was perfectly thick and creamy. The hot honey drizzle really tied everything together well! Because it was so busy, it did take a while to receive our food. The line to order, although long, did go by pretty quickly. There were some tables inside but it was too crowded to find a spot. Luckily we were able to find a table outside while we waited for our orders. Whenever an order was ready, the workers walked around both inside and outside shouting the name of the order which made it convenient for us to not have to fight the crowd to the counter. The only issue I felt there was was the cleanliness. When you are standing inside, you can quite literally see years of caked on dirt on some of the not frequently touched surfaces. The lamps probably had an inch of dust built up. Although this isn't the most important detail, it still makes me question the cleanliness of the whole establishment. Despite this, I won't be held back from revisiting if I am in the area again!
