I'd been contacted by Facebook reporting "unusual activity from an unknown device" on Facebook but it was indeed me posting and I told them so. Right after that I found I couldn't use passwords into several sites including Amazon, Facebook and three other sites I commonly used. I brought my iPad to Ms Yakutis and after about an hour of poking around she declared my 5th generation iPad Air just too old and Said I needed a new one as it would just continue to degrade. For this advice I paid $125. What I ended up doing was contacting the sites I was being blocked from, deleting my accounts and starting up new accounts. My iPad continues to work as it should. I don't know why my passwords didn't work but the problem was fixed by me contacting each site. I still have my ancient, decrepit iPad and it's working just fine now. I do not believe Ms Yakutis is competent to work on computers, at least she wasn't equipped to help me and I got nothing for my money. Worse yet, she chalked it up to my device being defective and had me thinking I needed to go out and buy a new one. I'm glad I didn't take her advice and went ahead contacting the sites on my own. Had she just admitted she didn't know how to fix it, didn't charge me and all I wasted was time and gas I would not be writing this negative review.

    NEVER GO TO THEM!! RUN FAR AWAY!!! The owner is a f***ing piece of shit! I gave him my computer 1…read moreand a half months ago asking them to replace my laptop keyboard. They said it would be easy and $300. I told them to go ahead and do the work. Then, 3 weeks ago, I call them for an update and the owner kept hanging up on me and telling me that they had to order the part. I asked him why they had not ordered the parts yet and I never got a call back from the owner. Then, I called last week to see if it was done and they said it was finishee. My husband went over there to pick it up today and he told me they never did any work on it. They claimed I said the part was too expensive. I don't know if they're mixing me up with someone else, but it also doesn't make sense to just keep someone's computer for over a month and not do any work. The owner is a lazy ass coward who doesn't want to take responsibility for his own behavior. I can't believe they've been in business for 25 years if this is how they treat their customers. I'm so glad I'm getting my computer back from them so that I can take it to real professionals instead. Update: I talked on the phone with the owner again and this time he told me the part never came in. I told him that's not what he has told me. He then argued with me and then hung up on me.

    The elderly gentleman took liberties with my computer without advising me first. He charged me too…read moremuch for the program damage he caused. I'm still trying to get it straightened out. I ask him to get it past the Home Screen which he did (thank you) but I didn't ask him to delete vital programs. He called it "doing me a favor." Sorry, I hate giving negative feedback, but I don't see it as a favor.
