We do not have enough workers who can afford to live and work here- constant theme. I finally got one- Disenfecting something- they did not show up and then I rescheduled and they did not show up again! I pretty much left it in God's hands and gave up. But then as I was walking through the Royal Sonesta/Marriot area- I saw a Magic Carpet van- they were working hard. I kept this in the back of my mind when I saw them a few weeks ago. Dog... pees on carpet... again. I reached out to Magic Carpet- left a message, and another two carpet cleaners on Yelp! Henry, of Magic Carpet was the first to call me back. He said he could come over and clean the carpets today, as he happened to be in town. Great rates, great service and FAST!!!!!! Henry was a Godsend! Turns out we also know people in common on the North Side through Pukas Ministry. Thank you Henry!!!!! You are such a blessing to the island

We called every other printer on island and one after another we were told it wasn't doable for one reason or another. Ethel went above and beyond to pick apart our design and make it work for every shirt we ordered. Communication was clear and she made sure that every step of the way was approved. We are stoked on how our shirts turned out and will be bringing all our orders to Island Image and hope to work with Ethel again. Our Ohana is so so grateful. You guys made it happen!

After having tried countless, sadly short-lived varieties on our oceanside lanai, we realize investing in quality is worth it. We are very pleased with what we have acquired from him, and he did a masterful job of reinforcing a wobbling old wooden dining table while we wait for a more permanent replacement to be shipped. Steve is personable, helpful, inventive, and his service is highly recommended.

The representative, Travis, showed up on time, he listened carefully to the problem, examined the carpets, and did a careful estimate. I have used this company for a number of years and the quality of service and personnel has only gone up. My valuable carpets both antique Pakistani Northwestern Frontier, made out of antique silk fibers, a Chinese one, and a Bahktiari, were all restored to a wonderful quality. Since my aging German Shedder had blessed some of them with dire consequences, I was relieved, overjoyed, and grateful! Can't say enough good things, Aloha, from Kalaheo, Kaua'i
