They obviously didnt know that you dont do that with a air ride suspension, you use wheel straps. I tried meeting with one of the owners and he was very unprofessional. Even when I showed him the pictures and the proof that they chained the vehicle causing the damage he refused to help repair it. Don't use or trust them they will screw you over and then will not take accountability for their wrong doing!

I work as a courier and have had to be towed plenty of times for work and have had rude drivers and 3 to 5 hr waits stranded before with other companies so I had a lot of comparisons and I would if I could only use I85 towing. I was told it would be about 20 minutes before they would be able to check the brakes. In 20 minutes I had their inspection findings. Since parts were had to be ordered I was told it might take 2-3 hrs.. two hours later I received a call that my car was ready. Pricing was good, Service was exceptional, the staff were friendly. What more could anyone want? Six stars on a five star rating system. This is the place that truly delivers more than what they promise.

I'm not Einstein, but . . . . Maybe I do not understand how a gift card really works. I walked away suspecting that I had purchased an oil change, but that I had given Speed a $10 gift card. The help assured me that I should be grateful because he had removed the entire cost for the rotation and labor, and there was no other category to remove from the bill. When I finally got through to Nubian M. Holmes, who is apparently the Sales Manager, I was completely shocked by how rude and unprofessional he was. Instead of trying to help or even just listen, he brushed off the situation, offered no solutions, and actually told me: "If you're not happy, just bring the car back. We'll be waiting." Who says that to a customer? It wasn't just dismissive -- it was disrespectful. No accountability, no effort to make it right. Just pure ego and attitude. I honestly couldn't believe it. Let me be clear: this isn't about the car. It's about how they treat people after they get your money. That's when the mask comes off. And if this is the kind of leadership they have running the place, it explains a lot. The sales team might seem helpful at first, but once the papers are signed, you're on your own. No one will care.
