They charged us $100 to tow our car literally less than a mile, which is a rip off. During the tow they damaged our luxury suv with air ride suspension by not using the wheel straps, they used chains. They obviously didnt know that you dont do that with a air ride suspension, you use wheel straps. I tried meeting with one of the owners and he was very unprofessional. Even when I showed him the pictures and the proof that they chained the vehicle causing the damage he refused to help repair it. Don't use or trust them they will screw you over and then will not take accountability for their wrong doing!

Good thing it wasn't a "true" emergency! After waiting for the tow company dispatched by my insurance company, for over 3 hours! I went to Google and Yelp to find K & K Towing. The very pleasant woman that answered, said they could have someone to me in 30 minutes! Really?? Well, I opted for her service! She asked my location with make and model of my car... Some 17 minutes, yes 17 MINUTES later, D.J. arrived and whisked my vehicle off to the tire shop! Customer Service definitely exceeded today!!! So appreciative for the fast and friendly service! If you are EVER in need of a tow, please call K & K Tow! Thanks D.J.

Customer beware! I…read morebought a chainsaw from this individual at the location of his tow/ parts company that was described as barely used, but after getting it home, it would not run properly at all. I replaced the carburetor and still could not get it working. My issue is not just that it had a problem, but that it was not accurately represented when it was sold. If something is listed as barely used, I expect it to at least be in working condition or for any known issues to be disclosed upfront. Based on my experience, I would be very cautious doing business with this seller. He also had his wife list it under her Facebook profile Shelly Holbrook Glover likely to avoid having anything shady tied back to him

Our Class -A motorhome needed to be towed from our home driveway. I contacted our insurance carrier…read morefor assistance and a towing service was dispatched. The tow company sent too large of a truck - combined weight of the motorhome and tow truck would have damaged our concrete driveway. We tried a mobile diesel mechanic next and he could not repair the problem, but he recommended Rider Towing. Rider agreed to remove our coach and arrived at their promised date and time. Rider's 3-man crew, including the owner, were very professional. They properly prepared our coach for the tow. They were meticulous not to damage our coach and successfully towed our coach to a Cummins Service Center without any issues. I highly recommend Rider Towing for any type of towing service you might need. And, you're not going to find a finer towing service ANYWHERE.
