During the tow they damaged our luxury suv with air ride suspension by not using the wheel straps, they used chains. They obviously didnt know that you dont do that with a air ride suspension, you use wheel straps. I tried meeting with one of the owners and he was very unprofessional. Even when I showed him the pictures and the proof that they chained the vehicle causing the damage he refused to help repair it. Don't use or trust them they will screw you over and then will not take accountability for their wrong doing!

The owner decided to call minutes prior to our appointment trying to extort additional money from me at double the price prior to even showing up because the auction company needs to see a valid ID. The owner wanted to be paid double his original price just to leave his house and wanted the full payment up front. Knowing this guy was trying to scam me I offered to pay his new double price with half up front and the other half once the job has been completed. He was unwilling to do this, major red flag!!! The owner went into this long rant about hating the government and he shouldn't have to show anything. Anyone that operates a '"business" and will not verify their license RUN FAR AWAY!!! We talked 3 days prior and 1 day prior, none of this was mentioned. Knowing this now, I would have hired anyone else over this guy. I would never recommend doing business with this con-artist. Driver called me…read morewhen he was ten minutes out asking for photos of the car because he didn't want to do any kind of recovery besides a basic tow since AAA was paying. When he finally arrived he called his supervisor and told him he could not do the pick up, and even though he was already there and planning to tow us, refused to accept payment from us (instead of AAA) to tow the car away, claiming he had other calls (mind you he was called out to Buford to tow us to Roswell).
