I sent the gentleman pictures I gave him the exact location of where I was at on the second floor of the Domestic parking terminal Atlanta airport. When they arrived he said that his truck would not be able to tow it out of the parking garage. So they change my tire so I could get it out of the parking structure I said don't leave me here because there's more wrong with my vehicle than that. He originally quoted me $490 over the phone to come and get me and my vehicle and bring them back to Gainesville which is where this company is located. When he changed my tire he said well I'm gonna have to charge you for that he charged me $290. I said OK don't leave without me because I'll drive it out of the parking garage and then I will call you because it's going to need a tow I'm sure of it. I called him it took about an hour and a half to catch up with him because they could not seem to find me but they told me back to where I wanted to go which was Mavis tire in flowery branch and then proceeded to charge me $400 on top of the $290. I said but I only owe you $200. He argued yeah but that was different, you didn't pay for me to change the tire yet. ???!!!??? What?! I was furious and tired... Disgusted I just paid him and was pissed at myself that I gave him a $10 tip for changing my tire. I totally feel like I was taken advantage of because I am a female. I paid them in cash because he preferred it. I don't feel like it was my fault that he brought the wrong vehicle when I told him at least three times I was on the second floor of a parking garage and sent him pictures of my vehicle give him the year make and model and everything.

When I called, there were a few vehicles that had caught my eye. However, I needed to drive them and compare some features. When I arrived, the salesman was ready with the keys. We were able to complete the test drives and give me more info on the vehicles to make me feel comfortable moving forward. Ultimately, I did not purchase a vehicle. But I did not feel rushed. The salesman was patient and informed. He made the experience simple and I will come back to see what they add to their inventory.

Since I had replaced the brakes just last year, I decided to get a second opinion before spending that kind of money. I then took my truck to another shop for an alignment and a brake inspection. They found that my brake pads are still at approximately 50% on all four wheels and do not need to be replaced. This experience has completely damaged my trust in the service department. Being told I needed over $1,000 in unnecessary repairs is unacceptable. I strongly encourage anyone who is quoted expensive repairs to get a second opinion before authorizing the work. It could save you a lot of money. I won't be returning for service, and I hope this review helps other customers make an informed decision.

DISAPPOINTED! Buyer beware of HUGE markups on parts (up to 200%), opting for aftermarket parts…read morethat almost fit and Regional Management uninterested in customer service! (Kudos to Marshall and Wayne for trying!) We trusted this Express Oil location with oil changes and repairs since 2021. Unfortunately, a major repair in March 2025 revealed very serious issues. The shop installed aftermarket rear strut assemblies. Afterward, Honda performed an alignment and found the rear camber at -2.2° and -1.9°, outside factory specifications. Rear camber on this vehicle is not adjustable, so the geometry should fall within spec if the correct parts are used. Express Oil insists the parts are correct, even though the car cannot be aligned properly and now requires additional repair. Managers tried to reason with Regional Manager, but they declined replacing the part. The Managers are not allowed to provide Regional Manager contact information, so further communication must go through corporate. This same shop previously damaged the vehicle's oil-pan threads over time and a self-tapping screw was needed. Store managers, Marshall and Wayne, were polite and tried to help, but corporate policy blocked any real resolution. Because of this experience and the alignment results, I no longer trust their mechanical work. I recommend caution when having major repairs done here and suggest confirming all parts with the dealer before approving service. SO FRUSTRATED!
