Too bad I didn't learn this until after my husband and I went in for an initial check up and cleaning which now is going to cost us $600! The woman on the phone new that we weren't in the network so why did she not tell us when I first asked? No reason... she said she should have explained that they take the insurance but aren't in the network so I'd still have to pay accordingly... but why was that not explained to me up front? There was no reason. They are clearly just out for your money and don't care about the people they service. I'm devastated. That is a lot of money. If she didn't know then she should have told me to contact my insurance to find out but she did know and told me yes anyway. I am furious!
